They opened an hour late-- waited an hour outside. When store employee arrived i asked when they open he said they "try" to open at 7. He didnt seem to mind wasting an hour of my time and offered zero compensation-- like maybe dont charge me $3 for photocopies after i waited an hour and expressed my frustration read more

The Richmond Va. Fedex would be proud of this groups lack of professionalism ( previous review). I hate going in this place and talking to these guys but every time I need to send back amazon purchases this is where I have to go so that's what the two stars are for. One time I asked for a receipt and this guy acted like I kicked his dog, placed it in the street, and ran it over. I love to hear them complain about the amount of customers they get from amazon while they glare in disgust cause you entered their realm. The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a form printed from my memory stick. They were able to assist me in less than five minutes even though they had a steady flow of customers at the same time. The price of $0.80 was excellent. read more

Thought I'd give them another try. Saw on their own website that they are open until 6:30, then I read further where it says 6:00PM. Drove in from Long Lake at 5:00 PM only to find out they had closed at 5:00PM per their posted hours on the door. Waste of gas and time as usual. read more

I use this place due to convenience and being close to work, everything I've shipped has gotten to its destination in a timely manor, but the customer service is severely lacking. The man behind the counter seems to hate his job. The first time I went I assumed he was just having a bad day, but the few other times I received no hello back, no thank you or you're welcome. The store has taken a downward spiral. When asked for 4 identical photos, the clerk/manager took two sets of two, hiding the different ones under the top two. The clerk didn't know how to give a refund and luckily the manager showed up as we were leaving. The manager was confrontational and did not have customer service on her mind. read more

One of the reps is fairly helpful, but she's not always there. The other rep is not very helpful and caused me a long drive back from home to redo a fax that didn't go through. WARNING, if you rent a box from this store, when you close your box, the USPS will not forward your mail to your new address and neither will this store. I asked the rep to please talk to manager about these policies and either they didn't consider it important or the manager didn't. read more

I was warned. I had read the poor reviews but really there aren't many options in Alpena for a UPS service (a return). Twice now they have charged me $1 for a "free" return. The first time they said, "We don't work with Amazon" whatever that means. This time they charged me a dollar for a piece of tape to seal my box! She (the owner, I assume) said, "If we give everything away for free, we'll be out of business." A piece of tape is not "everything" and it communicates that the business is either poorly run (that you can't spare a piece of tape) or that it's being cheap because they're desperate. Really -- 1 dollar for a piece of tape! They really need to re-think nickel-and-dimeing their customers. They may be the only game in town right now. But businesses like this don't typically stay in business -- and it's not because they gave away too much free tape. It's because a competitor came in and offered good customer service. read more
