It's a big store too and is very well-organized by category and size so it's easy and pleasant to shop. Recently BF and I tried our hand at making homemade pizza which worked really good until we tried to put the pizza in the oven. A few days later we just happened to go to Texas Thrift and guess what we found - a brand new pizza peel!!! (The wooden thing that you use to put the pizza in the oven). What luck, right? And not just any pizza peel either, some fancy German-made peel. A quick internet search revealed the new price - $45.00. At $3.99 I'd say I did pretty well. I'll definitely be back and recommend that you check it out too. Oh, and if you don't find anything, it helps to check back frequently because they are always getting in new items. Happy shopping!!!
