What I have a problem with are the hours, which are neither long nor particularly consistent. I can understand a shorter time on weekends, but on Fridays the gym inexplicably closes two hours earlier than normal. My job has variable hours and there is no more frustrating experience than having to work a bit late on a Friday and missing an entire training session because of it. It really happens more than you would think and with the amount of times it has happened to me I would be making the same or more progress at a mediocre gym with longer hours simply due to missed training sessions. Overall a 5/5 weightroom in terms of quality, but 3/5 in terms of hours. Is it really that impossible to add a door scanner or something? Do I really need to miss an entire training session so that I can be monitored by an employee who will do nothing more than check a box next to my name when I want to lift heavy circles? Also lastly, in terms of accessing secondary services such as the tennis or locker room there is little information available and I had to check the website to even find out there was a sauna at all. I could understand having these close earlier due to the need for maintenance but not the weightroom closing at 8 on a Friday.

So now my only option to stop getting charged is to close my bank account and open a new one. Absolute trashy dirty gym as well, equipment is always broken, never gets fixed. AC is always out, steam room is broken 75% of the time, pool is not properly taken care of way too much chlorine, showers do not get properly cleaned.

When he called I was very eager and grateful that someone was caring enough to call about my problem! But he didn't care whatsoever. Due to me not being in those situations I inquired about, he questioned me over and over when my sole purpose was to report the rudeness of the staff members. He would not confront that problem, but kept trying to validate the other problems for their benefit. I just felt with my inquiry I wouldn't be arguing on the phone with an AREA MANAGER.
