As the outfit had been altered (by the shops seamstress) they were unable to exchange.. which is understandable but after spending over £1000 was very disappointing, especially as the outfit was still the current seasons. So when I asked about getting the hat refunded i was totally disgusted when I was told they already had a hat of that colour in stock. The hat was £200+ and outfit £1000+. I think the decent thing to do would be at least refund the hat but the owner clearly wasn't interested after she'd made her sale. We will be spreading the work about this and absolutely won't be back after this poor customer service.
