the only thing uglier than the parking lot full of broken down vehicles is the pole barn with the faded banner tied to the front. Now the Inside of the shop are worse than both of those and then the attitude of the owner is uglier than all of these things put together. I can see why katzkin sends its customers literally 2 mins down the road to his competition for installation rather than to come here where he claims he is an authorized dealer for them. We had The rag top replaced on our convertible. They did it, put a hole in the backseat while they did it broke the bracing on the back window, which I didn't find out about till much later, when the window fell out of their convertible top. I had the window re-glued, and that's when they told me that the brace was broken, probably during installation. They wouldn't stand behind their work, they don't even have records of work they have done. I guess the business was sold, and the new owner don't stand behind any work that has been done before he bought it. zero stars. read more
