Really good people. They shoot straight and give you options. Not just the expensive ones that benefit them, but the common sense ones that make sense for you. ..and they have a dog in the shop. read more

The team at The Trailer Shop did a great job installing a Stealth Hitch on My 2019 BMW X5. Not an easy install but it went smoothly and on time. Thanks Guys read more

During the day, expect the guy to be working, not manning the phone. He does respond to emails and phone calls, but it's more like work all day, and then listen to all messages and get back to people. I brought my trailer here as I needed new tires. Upon driving the trailer there, I realized the lights didn't work. I asked him to take a look, and he fixed that as well. The invoice was detailed so I knew exactly what I was getting charged for, and there were no surprises - I was charged what he had quoted me (plus obviously the extra for the additional work I asked him to do once I got there.) He was efficient, courteous, and explained everything well, and moved the trailer to make it easier for me to hook up and go. I would definitely go here again and recommend it to anyone who needed work done on a trailer. Additionally, he understood that infrequent users (such as pulling the boat out and storing it locally) have different priorities than someone who trailers 75 miles every time they use the boat. I would highly recommend him. read more

This place is great! I am a newbie to trailers and needed a hitch installed. Dan took the time to give me a lot of information and why he was recommending the hitch he installed. He answered all of my questions and was reasonably priced. His service was exceptional. I only wish I could have bought the trailer there too. I will use him for any needs I have going forward. He is easiest to get to by stopping by. Really nice guy as well. Highly recommended....... read more

I have an older boat trailer that rusted out and split the wishbones that run under the bunks. I managed to make it home with boat on trailer. I was fairly sure I'd have to buy another trailer but gave the Trailer shop a call and they said bring it in for a look. Long story short, they cut out all of the rusted metal and replaced it with heavy gauge steel. It's been 7+ years and the trailer still works great. Brought it back recently to have the worn out hubs replaced and wiring fixed. I don't write reviews often, but the Trailer Shop is as good as it gets. If you need your trailer worked on the Trailer Shop is THE Place to bring it. Thank you, Trailer Shop! read more
