Only gave this business one start because there was no option to give it 0. Several discrepancies in the "finished" job. The floor was scratched and not replaced even though there was plenty of materials left to fix it, two tiles already shifted less than 4 months after it was installed, the floor was not leveled prior and the transitions in the door way were never done even after six months of ignored reminders, calls, and texts. Had to pay a different company to do the job right. Huge waste of time, stress and money. read more

Every time they said they would be here it was joke because they would say that to shut you up. I talked to steve and he used the phrase I hate with a passion !!!! Don't worry. That is a lie in itself. A 3 to 5 day work project is still not complete. Anybody that wants to know about ask me I will show you pictures. Don't pay all up front or the project won't be finished.

I asked several time if he used floor leveler and he assured me he did. He did not. Then he tells me it was my fault for not putting a dishwasher opening where there was one before. There were many issues that I had to fix that cost me an extra $10-$15K. This guys is an idiot. Do not hire him to do anything in your home. I could go on and on about the mistake that were made. He obviously does not know how to do anything.

I politely asked him several times "Hey how's it going" who he was with and if it was his vehicle. He never said anything. He argued that he was not parked in front of my home. I know this is trivial, but I was just wanting to know who they were. Parking is a premium in my neighborhood as I own several vehicles (I just moved one that day or they would have not been able to park there) crime is also up in our area. Questions? Why was he wasting time walking materials across the street to the construction site and not parked there? There was more than plenty of parking. He was blocking my and neighbors mail box also. He did not need to start off angry and defensive. Very nasty!
