Ms. Tiffany is a principal that truly cares for every child that walks in the door and knows how to run a school for the well-being of children. She is frequently in the various classrooms helping where she can, setting a visible standard for all teachers and can aid in tantrum/boundaries like a pro. It is obvious she is knowledgeable in childhood development and knows that doing HER job of supporting the teachers, will allow them to be the best they can be for our kids. This then leads me to say that the teachers at this school are also outstanding! If you want your toddler to be able learn age-appropriate boundaries but still have an environment where adults show grace, teach coping skills and allow kids to explore, then this is your daycare. I was bit scrambled and nervous leaving my kids with somebody new, but after going over everything and giving Amy a tour I felt that I had nothing to worry about. We also had a time issue in our plans, and things started running behind by about 15-30 mins. We called Amy and she had no issue with it whatsoever, she was very flexible.
