Two products have positively impacted the plaque psoriasis on my left hand: The Combo Cream and the Calendula Salve. I spread the calendula on my palm where the most painful areas are, and I've noticed a reduction in the severity there. The Combo Cream goes on the top of the hand and has reduced the painful cracking and bleeding to manageable levels. I swear by these products.
