They have games here before you come in and gifts for the kids. Everyone is really nice and friendly and confines with their adjustment to having multiple kids at once. Quite literally the worst dental office you could take your child to. **DON'T DO IT. You've been warned.** For years, I heard horror stories about unnecessary crowns, extractions, and other treatments being recommended for young children. I kept giving this office the benefit of the doubt because my kids had only ever gone for routine cleanings and checkups. This week, we had two separate visits, and both were equally awful. Our first appointment was at 2:00 p.m. for my three children to have cleanings and checkups. We waited an hour before anyone called us back. Instead of scheduling enough staff to see each child separately, all of my children had to rotate through the same hygienist and dentist. What should have been a quick, one-hour visit turned into several hours. My 7-year-old daughter had a baby tooth that was literally hanging by a thread. The dentist asked if I wanted them to remove it, and I agreed. Instead of simply taking out a tooth that was already falling out, they told me I needed to schedule a second appointment for an "extraction." We left, and that evening we pulled it out ourselves in seconds. There was absolutely no reason for another appointment. Then came my son's appointment. I was originally told he had **two small cavities between his teeth that needed fillings.** I scheduled the appointment, took him out of school, had him fast beforehand, and arrived 10 minutes early. After waiting **an hour and ten minutes** in the waiting room, we were finally taken to an exam room, where we then waited another **20 minutes**. When the dental assistant finally came in, she casually told us the dentist would be in shortly to do two crowns and one filling. I was completely shocked. I explained that we were there for two fillings, not crowns. She insisted the treatment plan showed two crowns and one filling but couldn't explain why it had changed. She simply read what was on the screen. I told her that if crowns were now being recommended, we would only proceed with the filling for now as I don't understand why the treatment plan had changed. She left to speak with the dentist, who never bothered to come into the room, explain the recommendation, answer my questions, or even introduce themselves. Instead, the assistant came back and told me they would not do any treatment unless I agreed to the crowns as well. Why? Since when is a parent not allowed to choose which recommended treatment to move forward with? I've never had a healthcare provider refuse to perform one appropriate procedure simply because I declined another. Even more concerning, the treatment plan had changed from fillings to crowns without anyone discussing it with me beforehand. The lack of communication, transparency, and respect was unbelievable. Between the excessive wait times, unnecessary appointments, poor communication, and what felt like pressure to approve more expensive procedures, I left with very little confidence that my children's best interests were the priority. In my opinion, this office seems far more focused on maximizing insurance reimbursements than providing honest, patient-centered dental care. I would strongly encourage parents to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work recommended here. read more

Have a 1200 appointment for a cleaning. Showed up and checked in 25 minutes early. Sat around for an hour past the appointment time. Explained that we made the the appointment so it would not interfere with work or sports. They clearly are here for a money grab. Quality and Staffing issues. Money Grab! Do not do anything outside of a normal cleaning in this business. All they want is to create fear to make you think a more expensive procedure is necessary. Get a second opinion for oral surgery. My daughter had a mini root canal on both front teeth. Within 4 months the white crowns had holes in the back where you could not see unless she was upside down. The holes exposed my daughter to a root infection and is now having to have her front tooth extracted 2 years earlier than normal at another dental office. This is now less than a year and we are paying out of pocket to fix what The Super Dentist damaged. I have called and tried setting up an appointment for them to fix the holes to avoid an infection and no one would call me to schedule a visit. The front desk team was argumentative when I told them on our first visit that something had not been done and they told me it had and I just must not have been aware. I was in the room the entire time and know it was not completed. They contract out dental assistants and dentist from all over who have sometimes never even been to their office. They do not know where to find things. They leave the dental assistant in charge of your child tooth rebuild instead of a dentist. My dental assistant was left alone with only two hands opening and closing drawers to find things with now one available to help when she told staff she needed a second person. They are so completely worried about making money that they try to see you a Toothpaste for $26 and no sample to see if the child likes the flavor. No free toothbrush which is usual for children dentists. They gave my three year old a free toy that was a choking hazard. read more

Every time we have an appt I regret our decision for orthodontics here. Whether I go morning or afternoon there is a long wait either in the waiting room or in the chair. They keep saying it's an exceptionally busy time or they're low staffed... every time with two kids coming here? The price is good but I hope you have time and patience to wait as payment. We were told mornings are better so we got a first thing in the morning appt where my kid missed school time and it was not any better. Dentistry side is no better unfortunately. People are nice but the wait kills me every time. Are my kids' teeth straight, mostly yes though phase 1 also didn't straighten them out completely which I thought was a rip too. read more

Took my kid, checked in, waited, waited, waited; finally got called inside. X-rays were done, then more WAITING to get results. By then it's been an hour after our arrival, and while WAITING i couldn't help but to take a look at the lack of hygiene here. I just couldn't help it, they gave us plenty of time to notice that someone in the cleaning department hasn't been doing their work. Pictures speak for themselves. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like parents should know what to expect when it comes to scheduling at this office. My biggest issue isn't the dental work itself it's how disorganized and overbooked this office is. The first time my son had an appointment, we arrived 20 minutes early. Even though we were on time, we still waited about 35 minutes past our appointment time before he was finally seen. We were told they were "running behind," but it honestly felt like they had overbooked the schedule. After his treatment, we were told to come back the next day. Once again, we arrived on time, and once again we waited around 30-45 minutes before he was seen. A couple of hours after we got home, one of my son's caps came off. I immediately called and was told they wanted to get him in as soon as possible to fix it. I was never told this visit was only for an exam or X-rays. I was under the impression they were going to replace the cap. I came back for the appointment, they took another X-ray, and then the doctor came in and told me they couldn't put the cap back on because they didn't have the staff available. I was told to come back again the next morning at 8:00 a.m. That was extremely frustrating. Gas is expensive, and so is taking time off work or rearranging your day. If I had been told over the phone that they weren't going to be able to fix it that day, I would have understood and scheduled accordingly. Instead, I drove all the way there just to be told to come back again after an X-ray my son didn't seem to need, considering he had already had X-rays and treatment the day before. The biggest problem is the lack of communication between the call center and the office. Patients shouldn't have to waste their time and money because the scheduling system isn't organized. If patients are expected to arrive on time or risk being rescheduled, the office should also respect patients' time. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. My son's tooth still isn't fully protected because the cap hasn't been put back on yet, and now I have to wait until tomorrow for something that should have been taken care of during the appointment I was told to come in for. As a parent, it's stressful knowing his tooth is left exposed longer than necessary because of poor scheduling and lack of communication. I truly hope this office improves the way they schedule appointments and communicate with patients so other families don't have to go through the same experience.! read more

Awful dentistry. I had my first checkup and x-ray and the dentist suggested I needed to redo a lot of the work that was done by a previous dentist. They wracked up a huge bill for me and for my insurance. I got it all done because I didn't want any dental issues down the line. The crown she "fixed" completely came out today along with the tooth. They also added more charges to my bill because my insurance wouldn't cover it without notifying me. Stay away from this place. It's all about the money. read more

Just because a place is labeled as a pediatric dentist doesn't mean that the staff would have the skills it takes to work with children. We used to go to a different pediatric clinic and I wanted to try super dentist because it seemed to look more fun for kids. I was surely reminded that looks can be deceiving. Maybe I just had the one bad tech that ran out of patience so this may not be the case for everyone, but it was the case for us. The first thing they wanted to do as soon as my now 4 year old son sat on the chair was to restrain him so they could shove an X-ray piece into his mouth. His mouth was closed and they pried his mouth open. They had absolutely no patience or bedside manner for my son who has never seen them before and was feeling shy and nervous. How they approached this is a surefire way to make kids HATE the dentist. There was no other path the techs wanted to take other than "X-ray now or no service at all." I took my son to a different pediatric dentist a few days later and it was night and day with how they treated my son. They were much kinder, more personable, got down to my son's level and really made things fun for him WITHOUT pressure and rushing. My son was able to get a full cleaning plus X-rays happily with this other clinic. Super Dentist on the other hand relies on all the flashy, gimmicky decor to distract from their poor service with kids. I think these techs don't understand that not all kids are going to turn into zombies when a TV is on so they can do dental care on them. Some kids can be nervous, but I don't think that is allowed at super dentist. If you have a child that is even remotely shy/nervous, steer clear from Super Dentist! Unless you want to traumatize and make your kid HATE dentist visits!!! read more

Haven't had any issues with this place. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room is also really cool for kids. I remember when I was kid all I had was boring magazines to look while I waited to be seen. They have interactive learning games, books, movies, and a really cool play area that reminds me of Disney. Also a nice coffee machine for the grownups. Tricare covered my visit. Only had to pay for the x-ray photos, $20. read more

Extremely poor quality and zero accountability. The Super Dentists made me a retainer about 2.5 years ago, and it broke in an absurd way--from lightly tapping it on a towel to dry it. That alone says everything about the materials they use. The retainer is incredibly thin and fragile, and clearly not designed to withstand even basic, normal handling. When I brought this to their attention, I spoke with a staff member who checked with Holly. The response? No discount, no consideration, no attempt to stand behind their work--just a flat refusal. It's disappointing but not surprising when a business prioritizes profit over quality and customer care. Dental appliances are not cheap, and patients should expect durability and accountability.
