I can't remember exactly which four salads I chose but they were all delicious, packed with veg and grains etc. Then on went a slice of tortilla, hummus, a vine leaf, olives, tahini dressing and toasted seeds. This was so delicious and very filling. A slightly pricy lunch, though there are many cheaper options. I think they are mostly veggie here with the exception of smoked salmon, from what I can see. Plenty of vegan options and it seems they cater to allergies and intolerances really well.

You can also get a sandwich on a baguette. The coronation chicken is pretty much curried chicken salad. It has raisins in it and lots of curry powder. Very good. The following day I got the smoked salmon and cream cheese and asked that they add cucumber. Cost £2.30. Holy ridiculous. $2.80 when converting. Even shitty cheap sandwich Subway is more expensive than that and it's shitty. Not sure how their prices are so low, but the smoked salmon was amazing and I felt like I spent pretty much nothing on lunch. Also get a flapjack. It's a brown sugar oat cake that is semi- healthy (oats) and super amazing (caramel).

Sheelys offer good food for cheap prices and have an incentive scheme that is also good value. The sandwichs range from the cheap and cheerful to the more adventurous and if you can't see but they have the ingredients there are more than happy to make it for you. Added to this are perfectly cooked baked potatoes and a changing menu of hot meals such as Pasta Bake and Chilli. The staff are very friendly and though they like a chat they will not keep you waiting. A must visit for a perfect lunch.

The batons are really quite big and generously filled and could easily be shared between two really, very tasty too.
