I emailed them in October 2021 & they responded the same day saying they'd get the pictures in the mail the following week. It's Feb. 5, 2022 & I have no pictures STILL. I've sent THREE more emails asking where my pictures are & they haven't responded. I've tried calling multiple times, but the phone goes to their voicemail, which conveniently is full so I can't leave a message. They've stolen my $20, as far as I'm concerned, because I paid $20 for 2 pictures that I do not have & they refuse to respond. HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this terrible, dishonest company.

Her contract is a bit vague but it seems any time I've asked her a question she's been curt. She answered yes to an A or B question email then got curt when I asked for clarification. She makes you choose a location for the couples shoot yourself without much guidance or help, and it's meant to be done right before the wedding starts as if you don't have enough to do then. I do not recommend at all.

This allowed my family and I to relax, enjoy the morning, and make the most of our time together. They also helped to gather all our items and get them stored while allowing the family to focus on making more memories or getting to bed after the event wrapped. Leading up to the event, Ainka was a rock star in helping check in on our planning progress at regular intervals and providing guidance from her experience.
