Within a few hours of our contact, we had a menu worked out for a very fair price, with delivery and serving in Teague, 45 minutes or more from Corsicana. The Tuesday before the Saturday event, we received word that a vital family member was ill, and rescheduling became necessary. I called Alicia, and her first concern was that my parents were OK. I apologized and asked if it was too late to move to another date and venue with her, and she provided her available Saturdays. A couple of months later, we were able to successfully execute our event in Fairfield, different venue-different town-SAME caterer, and we were ecstatic about the food and service. Alicia and her staff really connected. We had brisket and sausage, mac-n-cheese, slaw, nanna pudding & cobblers, with sweet tea. All was good and I had no concerns with the quality of people we'd invited to help us. Lisa (owner) is so friendly and helps in any way she can. They have a full room of decor that you can add to your package for a nominal fee and saves tons on having to buy your own expensive decor. Linens, napkins, tables, chairs and dishes are included which is HUGE. For a bride on a smaller budget like myself, this place was a true blessing. The ceremony site is to die for; it's absolutely breathtaking, especially in the evening with the lights up. There are super cool features such as an outdoor dance floor, fire pit with hay bale seating, Texas light up flag on the fence, and a full indoor kitchen.
