This felt like it was quantity over quality. The brussels sprouts were good, I would say that was the best food item that we tried. I was really excited about the escargot, so I'm a little disappointed. Our server was very nice and helpful! It was great service in the bar area, but the staff throughout the hotel getting there was not the friendliest. Overall, I don't regret coming here and I definitely want to give it another chance and possibly try the main restaurant.

When I inquired, the response suggested they are only turned on when it is "really cold," which felt slightly misaligned with the level of comfort and attentiveness one expects from a St. Regis experience.
