They got me in right away (when I called back the 2nd time to book, they came the same day!). Two nice guys showed up, were here for about 30 minutes, and cleaned the vent. I asked them to take pictures since the work was done in the attic, and I didn't go up there (see attached pics). We had not had them cleaned in about 4 years, and they needed it! On their way out, they quoted me to clean our HVAC vents, which I had not even thought of doing. I will definitely use them again.

The company responded that they do not disclose cost per length, but that was not what we asked. As customers, we are entitled to know exactly what we are being charged for, yet no additional information was provided. The estimate remained vague and generic, offering no transparency or detail. Because of this lack of clarity and unwillingness to provide basic information about their own quote, we chose not to move forward with this company.
