Laney was professional, skilled and personable and was able to put you at ease right away. She was quick and thorough as well. The salon was clean and they observed very sanitary practices (no double dipping in the wax). I wish they were in my hometown. I highly recommend them.

Need I say more?? Last week I had my long hair trimmed, after a beautician-standard head massage, and then blow-dried, for just over half of what fancy salons in Civic charge. No loud music. No pressure to colour it or buy products. Today I had a proper pedicure. I say "proper" because those nail salons in the mall do not provide a relaxing, individualised, or dignified experience. Terrible customer service with no regard for the fact I had booked for the reason of back pain and under the guise of the gift card which was acknowledged at time of booking. When asked why I couldn't use gift card it was because the Saturday is a public holiday and gift cards aren't policy to be used on this day. Gift card is just cash not used yet, I am unsure why this would be policy and they could not explain this either. Instead they cancelled my booking and made no effort to make it right. Even when they are the most expensive massage option in Canberra. Look elsewhere.
