Since I order online, I only have interactions with them over the phone or through cute smiley faces written on invoices, but even when that note is explaining that they ran out of something I ordered so they refunded me that amount, there's just a certain warmth to it. Businesses like these remind us that there are humans behind everything that happens there, and ground us in our own humanity in turn.
