I requested lawn care service from this company approximately two days ago. They confirmed that…read morethey could come by to assess my lawn and service it yesterday., However, I received a message that they were running behind and couldn't make it till 7-8am today., But again, today I received a message at about 3 saying they they couldn't make it till around 5:30pm. We had previously discussed and confirmed that service would be ongoing for monthly services and that I would pay monthly, in advance, after they provided my first cut. They asked if anyone would be home at around 5:30 and I said no. They then said that they could take a photo upon arriving and then one halfway through service so they could be paid. While I understand that there existed to be a sense of potentially being "duped" out of money for service, service should have been provided under the circumstances, especially since being pre-planned and waiting. am currently out of town and my spouse is working late and found this request to be inconvenient and unprofessional. Now I must wait another 2-3 days to arrange another company. As a result, I would not recommend this company, especially for those working and cannot be home when service is provided.

They provided an acceptable quote online, but when they showed up, they told me it was triple what I was quoted. They hemmed and hawed and said that is what it costs. I told them what I was quoted, and they countered with a lower price, but it was still significantly above the quote. I finally agreed to meet in the middle. Why? I wanted the stuff hauled away and to be done. I doubt I would call on them again. Ethics is everything in business, and they showed zero on this service call. Buyer beware.
