When he arrived during the evening, he specifically asked to see what options they had available FOR 0% Nic. Quickly one the staff members showed my husband the options they had available, and without even verifying, the staff member quickly suggested a certain brand (which still contained 2% nicotine and wasn't stated at the time). After opening the packet and trying it- to verify that it in fact works, he stated that vape still does contain nicotine.... And Instead of The staff member changing it out for a different option, her response was and I quote- "oh that sucks man, do you want 15% off to purchase another vape?" - as that was all she was able to do at the time being. Not even a refund. He decided to leave, but we went ahead and left a voicemail to the shop- explaining the issue at hand and we quickly received a text back From Mark, who apologized for the inconvenience and claimed he would call us the following day for a resolution. It's been 2 weeks now ... I'm sorry but this is super upsetting, especially if anyone knows how hard it is for someone to quick smoking/ vaping. At least educate your staff members and have more consideration. And I get that it's a smoke shop, but the girl who clearly helped my husband was super high and unprofessional.

Wow what an impressive shop!…read more Just recently opened in West Miramar, Fl, this shop has it all! I was driving to Winn-Dixie to get a few things and noticed this store in the same plaza which I've never noticed before. So, I had to stop in to check them up. The store is big, spacious, organized very nicely and everything is eye-catching. They combine the world of smoking and wellness. There are so many items here, everything from premium cigars, vapes, CBD products including CBD-infused coffee and beverages, an entire wellness collection, hemp accessories and much more. They have a very knowledgeable staff along with great service. Bonus: I almost didn't want to mention it because I want it to be a secret, but they have a café in the back of the store that will be opening soon. A place where you can go and smoke from a hookah and have a few drinks (liquor also coming soon). Yes!

The reviews had us hopeful and for a good experience to come. When we arrived no one else was in the store so we took our time browsing, familiarizing ourselves and chatting with the employee who was eager to help and answer our questions. We've been to a few other smoke shops but none as large as this one that was so well organized with the variety of products they have to choose from. We purchased what we came in for and a few extra things. The prices are comparable and the quality was exactly what we hoped for.

Have purchased numerous high priced items during that time. That will no longer be the case moving forward. My spouse mistakenly purchased a package of dry CBD and went back into the store less than 30 minutes after realizing she had gotten the wrong item and informed them that she hadn't realized the wrong item was handed to her as she asked for another variation of dry flower, not CBD. Long story short, the shop refused to exchange the item. I did not want my money back. I did not want to do business elsewhere. I simply wanted an item mistakenly purchased moments before (still unopened and sealed) to be exchanged for the item my spouse intended to purchase. Given the associate and manager had JUST sold the product to my spouse moments before, it's clear there is no consideration for customer service, particularly for those who have been loyal over the year (proof is in my rewards account history if the shop doubts how much I've spent there). As others have said, there are plenty of other options in West Pines where you won't be taken advantage of. Very disappointing given how much I USED to talk this place up.
