Two days later I received a letter from a collecting agency stating I owe a lot of money. The accident occurred days after I returned from my deployment. I had let my sister borrow my car during my deployment with the condition, that she had it insured. The insurance company she chose exclude me the owner and never informed her nor I of the action. After finding this out. I immediately began searching for legal advice. I contacted three attorneys. One who told me he didn't take losing cases. "Losing cases"?
