I also received a letter basically firing me as a patient. Guess what? You screw something up 4 times, you won't get a happy customer singing your praises.

What I didn't know was that my insurance wouldn't cover said scan. After all was said and done, they refused to release my prescription unless I paid them an extra $72. I was never told that the test would cost extra. Can you imagine a physician telling you that you have a severe infection but won't write you a prescription unless you pay them an extra $70? These optometrist are nothing but thieves and liars. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't return even if I went totally blind. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, shitty billing practices.
