I cannot say enough about Jodi Switalski and her team at Switalski Law. From the very first phone…read morecall--on a Saturday morning--I felt heard, understood, and supported in a way I didn't think was possible in a legal setting. As a permanently disabled parent navigating a high-conflict divorce from a covert narcissist while raising my autistic son, I came into this feeling completely overwhelmed. But Jodi's unique background in law, psychology, and addiction made all the difference. She didn't just represent me--she got me. Jodi, along with Claire (who was a phenomenal law clerk at the time and is now an attorney) and Judy (her kind, organized assistant), stood by me through every mediation and legal battle. Even when I wanted to give up, they reminded me to breathe, to keep going, and to stay grounded in what mattered: protecting my son and staying true to myself. Even now, post-divorce, I know my fight isn't over--and I won't face it without them. Jodi is more than just an attorney. She's a warrior, a fierce advocate, and truly one of the most compassionate professionals I've ever met. If you're navigating a high-conflict case, especially involving children or hidden abuse, call Switalski Law. You won't just get a lawyer--you'll get a team who fights with heart.

To whom it may concern,…read more I reached out to attorney Carol A. Laughbaum regarding my case. She expressed interest initially, but her tone changed once she learned that I am an hourly union employee. Apparently, she finds it more difficult to pursue cases-especially those involving damages-for hourly workers, I was more than willing to compensate her for time to write a letter inquiring about harassment and intimidation by my employer, in the hopes it would stop, Carol made it clear that would tarnish her practice to write a letter without her filing a lawsuit, If you are an hourly employee and belong to a union, I would recommend avoiding this law firm to save both your time and theirs, Thank you

Hi Everyone, I had a bad experience with Attorney Carol Laughbaum. She agreed to take my case and…read moreat the last minute right before the statute of limitations was about to expire she suddenly changed her mind and no longer wanted to file my lawsuit. Despite her being fully aware that I had less than two weeks to pursue in court. At first she acted nice when I spoke to her but then she changed in demeanor and became condescending and dismissive toward me which was concerning. She is unpredictable. My advice is to contact other law firms and have another attorney as a backup if you decide to retain her services. Because it's difficult to get an attorney at the last minute when you have important legal timelines to met. And I won't be able to file my lawsuit because I trusted Carol. I hope this review helps. I guess this is further evidence of attorney Mohyi's level of service. I have spoken with another female attorney, Alla Roytberg, and am retaining her mediation services. I will post a review after more extensive experience, but expect nothing but professionalism after a sincere and empathetic consultation -- on a Sunday afternoon, no less. Clever attempt at co-opting the #metoo movement, but an unseemly parallel and insulting to all women, especially those who have truly been wronged and deserve all of our support.

I am a retired Sergeant and Detective of which I had several cases in front of Attorney Steinberg. I have never seen an attorney be so tenacious about representing his client(s) and fighting for them to make sure that justice was on the right side and that his clients were treated fairly and equitable in front of district and circuit court judges. Attorney Steinberg is brilliant in his arguments and is even more so in cross examination. As a former Police Officer, he taught me that if you don't have all the facts in your case, he will punch holes through it! It is not about win or lose with Attorney Steinberg, it is about getting to the truth of the matter and representing on that. If an attorney ever deserved 10 stars, Attorney Steinberg absolutely has earned them! Great attorney!!
