Terrible service! Went in store to order a part for a machine, called about a week later to see if it had arrived was told "its definately been ordered and should be here by the end of the week" then I called again a week later, was told the part hasn't arrived yet and they would send the boss out that afternoon with some spare parts to see if they fit. I called 3 days later as he never showed up, he then came out that day with the spare parts and they don't fit, he then tells me "I'll have to order you a part" long story short they never bothered to order the part originally and then lied to me 3 times on the phone over 3 weeks about the part being on its way, the boss was very rude and said "good luck going elsewhere" when was told not to worry about ordering, definitely wouldn't recommend wasting your time!! read more
