My PT needs are a bit complex, but my therapist has risen to the occasion and with a great deal of thought, has organised an initial range of exercises for me at the clinic and at home. Because I do use a chair, I get swelling in my legs and acute stiffness and yet again my therapist has worked with me to help alleviate that. I feel that I have found a real partner in PT with both my therapist and ATI and I recommend them.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and very polite and always willing to listen to what is going on. They even knew what was going on with my body on pain before I did when it came to finding out I wasn't having just had problems with also back problems. It helps when you find a place like this that is very knowledgeable on the body and how to properly take care of it. I plan on recommending many of my friends who I work with the for sure use this place because of how professional they are and how they actually care about the people they are working with.

Like…read moreanyone else who gets ACL reconstruction, the struggle to get up and push yourself can be unbearable at times. I had Ryan as my therapist and he pushed me and encouraged me to do as much as I could. I worked with a few other therapists as well here and there and they were awesome. There were days where I didn't want to come in but I pushed myself to do it and after every session I would always go home feeling 100% better. The women behind the front desk were so friendly every time I came in and made it a point to say goodbye every time I left. The equipment is great and accommodated to my every need. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to find an awesome staff and anyone looking to make their therapy as comfortable as possible.

Empower Therapy "Empowers YOU"!! After my evaluation appointment, my very first physical therapy…read moresession was magnificent! Coming in at a pain level in my lower back at 1000+...it was (WAS) that bad. When I left after learning exercises to work at home with, my pain level was about a 5! Not bad after my first visit of therapy. I am now at my 6th session, pain level 0.5! I rate it that because I am still learning to 'empowering' myself. Raj, Reenu, Lindsay, & Barb are wonderful therapists. They really want to know HOW you feel, what your pain level is, and also ask you if you would like to try different exercises or pain therapy (such as Dry Needling). I have had dry needling, and it really helps my personal situation. The therapists will ask if you are afraid of needles. Since I am not, I can tell you, Dry Needling is not painful but very helpful. They are not really 'needles' but very fine filaments that I had inserted into my lower back. It has helped break up the stiffness in my lower back. I must say though, that if you mention another pain, they will try to ease the pain. I mentioned that I couldn't turn my neck much, Raj came in and worked wonders on my whole back (it's all connected, you know), well, I can stand straight, turn my neck. With that therapy, even my lumbar back has eased my pain to a 0! If you need physical therapy, I highly recommend the Metro Parkway site to visit for your back pain. And I say this place 'Empowers You;? I have learned good, gentle exercises to do at home. That is "YOUR" Empowerment. You now learn how to bend, pick up things and do your exercises that help you live a pain-free life! Wow! Amazing!!! I can brag all day long about these wonderful therapists!!

Clegg and Guest is a place that you can walk into and feel, not just comfortable, but welcomed. In the 2 months I did my PT there, I felt at ease, unpressured, guided and cared for. There was not one single employee that EVER had an attitude, was cross or ac like the were unapproachable. Bre was my therapist who was not only great at muscle manipulation but in tune with the interior workings of my injured shoulder. She is really amazing! The young people who guided me through the strengthening exercises were also absolutely enjoyable. Liam, Dominic, Pierce and Jen were all very careful, helpful and supportive every step of the way. Now that I have graduated with a strong shoulder: I will miss my new young friends terribly. We had lots of laughs! The office personnel were great too. Always willing to work around my schedule.
