The kitchen is outfitted with a bread maker, and it was timed to. the. minute. I've never had that kind of service before here in NZ. Pool, boules court, croquet, tennis court and bike rentals in case you want to bike to the neighboring wineries. Did I mention the restaurant? Pavilion serves classic NZ fare with elegance and the chef lets his ingredients shine. If you want luxury without the pretense, whether for a weekend getaway from Wellington or wedding or honeymoon. I would definitely recommend staying here for a couple days while touring the area for amazing Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines. We noted a couple issues but otherwise would have given five stars. Only the two bedroom units appear to have air conditioning. The advertised laundry facilities are minimal (one shared washer and drier) which are also used by local staff. Regardless, everyone has been pleasant providing exceptional service.
