The only downside is you're limited to the inventory a store has on hand. Otherwise, you'll have to go the shipping route. Every visit, everyone has been welcoming and polite. They don't ever miss the mark there. For the most part, my order and pickup works out. You have 5 days from purchase date to pick up the order. My last order, I received an email saying "thank you, you've picked up your order" kind of deal after 2 days. I normally pick up within 24 hrs but life was life'ing. I call the store and honestly no one really knows what happened to my order. I'm assuming it was accidents given to someone else. Normally, not a big deal - unless it's the scent you really want and there aren't anymore. I know accidents happen and I certainly could have gotten a refund but I was out of the product and so I needed to leave with something. The manager was apologetic & helpful. While they couldn't get me the same scents, she did pull some for me. That's cool but when you purchase these items during a sale, they offer select items and not any scent of your choice. That's the only step I would have preferred in the customer service experience. I should have been allowed to choose whatever scent I wanted since it wasn't my error. But since, I could have just taken the refund, I'm only taking one star because I would have been inconvenienced if I had taken the refund AND, the select scents are not the scents I would have preferred. Despite that, it's a typical BBW with good service and all the products we love.
