This place has many awesome items for those of us who have a taste for modern furnishings and…read moredecor. But, there's a dark side to this wonderful selection of furnishings and decor. The first would be the price. Copenhagen knows they're the only location in San Antonio to offer such modern peices. And because of that, they're emboldened to over price everything, because they know most of their clientele are well off financially. Secondly, the quality of their goods are often poorly made and quite frankly cheap. Case in point the $6,000 sofa I purchased from them. In under 2 years, the seat cousin where I sit has "sunken in" horribly. And no, I am not fat and no, I do not sit in the same spot hours a day. It's just a simple matter of poor quality and my stupidity thinking it was worth the price. So, in summary, if you make a lot of money and want to pay too much for decor or poorly made furnishings, feel free to shop in Copenhagen furniture.

The prices here are definitely not cheap, but you are buying items that will last many years in the South Texas heat. Prices are comparable to Outside In Style (formerly Greenhouse Mall). Get on their mailing list- they have lots of sales. Recently, they offered 50% accessories. There is a back area with further discounted items. Even if the prices are too high, come here to window shop- you'll get good ideas and if you hit a sale, you may come home with something too.

We were beyond impressed with the kindness of the staff. My husband explained what he was looking for and the gentleman told him we could meet him over at their warehouse bc he was sure he had what he wanted. The warehouse was so impressive (let me be clear, the store is also) We found our king size bedroom set in a matter of minutes. They set it up to deliver quickly. While my husband did all the paperwork I finished going through the store. They had a stunning corner bar that matched perfectly. It was the bar I always wanted. I was not a huge fan of the bedroom set but boy did I want that bar for our kitchen. My husband said "no". After a few days I went back to the store to add it and it was on hold with my name on it, like I said "the women up front is family instantly". Deliver day came and they were 100% professionals. I have another room to do soon and RGallery will be our first stop. The wood is stunning and our furniture set has held up perfectly. Everything about them is wonderful! Always long on the weekends and after you have spent an hour trudging through things all over the walkways and searching for assistance to no avail, waiting in a long line is not an ideal final step there. Also problematic is the sad fact that there is no reliable way to know if they have something that another location has, and sometimes even when I call ahead, they do not have what they claim to have had. So selection is sometimes good, but it is pretty random. One way to look at this is as a treasure hunt, but not always in the mood for hunting! Are the good deals worth the physical stress? Next, should I choose to accept my mission, have to ask every time I see something I want that, yes, is a great deal, whether when coupled with the long line awaiting me at the finish line, is this still such a great deal?

I don't like the new stores so I thought this store would be way better but I was wrong. I got overwhelmed being here because everything is so close together. I kept having to walk around because I didn't fit with my shopping cart in most places or there just wasn't space to walk into certain areas when other people were there. I used to like how things were sectioned off. You'd walk to one side and it was kids clothes, then you'd find the toys or whatever but now it's all basically stacked together. There is really no organization. They downsized to save money (I assume) and they never have any employees on the floor. There's always just 2 people at the register
