My 86 year old grandma and sister(with little kids that are in car seats) vehicles were towed from this lot, yet at the same time, multiple other cars were parked in the exact same area and were not towed. But they were able to stay. There did not appear to be any consistent enforcement of the parking/towing rules, which felt unfair and selective. If towing is going to be enforced, it should be applied equally to all vehicles, not just a few. Also better towing signage should be better visible. It's not fair that they had to pay $400 plus dollars to get their car back and others could stay parked in that parking lot. I would not recommend doing business with these companies or property management companies. They aren't family friendly. They didn't have the decency to come ask us to move the car first.

Suzanne offers her clients more than real estate experience and expertise. She brings them her energy, her determination, her competitive spirit, and her beliefs about success. She says that when you start with a positive idea or goal and consistently feed it positive energy, it will become a reality. For buyers, Suzanne offers her "Preferred Buyers Program," along with unmatched patience and the willingness to speak up if she feels a client should keep looking rather than settle for a home that isn't quite right. For sellers, she offers a "Featured Agent Branding" and a mobile marketing plan that puts her listings directly in front of those buyers who are ready, willing, eager, and able to buy. Born in Gloucester, Massachusetts, and raised on the North Shore of Boston, Suzanne truly appreciates the warm sunshine and beaches that Sarasota is famous for. Before fleeing the cold New England winters, Suzanne was a paralegal and a special event coordinator. She feels the legal background gives her an advantage in the art of negotiation, while the event coordination clearly focused her organization & delegation skills. While she embraces technology as a tool to help her communicate with clients and market her listings, she believes in old-fashioned activities like answering her phone, listening carefully, and being responsive to her client's wants, needs, questions, and concerns.
