Amy even let me know they were running a special at the time and made sure it was applied to my booking -- which I truly appreciated. Since I'm located in Jacksonville, she took the time to send me a detailed video of the venue so I could see the space beforehand. That gave me so much peace of mind. On the day of the event, she proactively reached out to let me know she was having some issues with her phone but wanted to make sure I had an alternate number to contact her just in case. That level of communication meant a lot. We did have a small issue opening the lockbox to retrieve the keys, but when we called, she answered right away and calmly walked us through accessing the backup key. Problem solved quickly! Most importantly, the space looked exactly like the video -- clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our celebration. Everything went smoothly, and my son had an amazing surprise birthday. I would absolutely book again and highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful space with excellent customer service!

There was so much to enjoy, and our stay was definitely a positive one. There were a few things that kept it from being a perfect five-star experience. Our villa had a strong cleaner smell when we arrived, and the noise was a bit disruptive. We could hear guests opening and closing the patio door above us, and our villa was located right next to a staff cleaning closet, which created quite a bit of noise throughout the day. I also wish there had been beverage service at the villa pool, similar to what's offered at the main pool. That would have been a great added convenience! Other than those minor issues, everything was fantastic, and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. We would definitely consider staying again and look forward to coming back!

We were celebrating my granddaughter's fifth birthday, my grandchildren enjoyed the resort, and we were grateful to be in Florida making family memories. Those happy moments deserve acknowledgment--but so do the problems. The property is beautiful, the family amenities are thoughtfully planned, and the pool is the heart of the fun. The hot tub and convenient location were highlights, too. However, there were real cracks beneath the beautiful aesthetics. We initially stayed in a two-bedroom villa in Building 7. It felt dated, the carpet was visibly dirty, the garbage disposal did not work, and the space smelled very damp. We went out and purchased Lysol and a moisture-absorbing product to try to make it more comfortable. That should not be on a guest's vacation shopping list. There was also excrement left in the primary bathroom toilet when we arrived. It took more than two hours and a second phone call before someone came to clean it. Later, while I was showering, my mother saw an unidentified animal inside her bedroom. We ended up relocating after the first night from the two-bedroom villa to a smaller suite. Given these issues and the change in accommodations, we expected a price adjustment or some gesture acknowledging the inconvenience. No compensation was offered--not even covering parking. Checkout brought more frustration. We had questions about the room-price difference and the balance we expected back after incidental charges. The front desk gave an explanation involving our third-party booking, but it was not clear to us and did not resolve our concerns. No manager was brought over to help. We left feeling unheard. The food and drinks we tried were not a highlight, either. My apple martini was nothing to write home about. I can appreciate the wonderful time my grandchildren had and still be honest about where the resort fell short. A beautiful pool does not replace a clean, well-maintained room or attentive service when things go wrong. Auntie D's rating: Three out of five forks. The grounds are kept meticulous by workers and all of it is so quality and nice. Everyone we worked with from the Adams Estate were also super friendly and helpful.

From higher end bedding, to sparkling clean and well maintained everything, to the fresh lobby flowers, it all says high end and was much appreciated. Check in took a few minutes of waiting around noon and we were accommodated to an early check in. There was no availability for a room upgrade but the standard one was beautiful regardless. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was beautiful and very clean with a separate shower and tub. The toiletries were a nice touch since my husband forgot to bring his toothbrush. The soaps, shampoo, body wash and conditioner all seemed like a higher quality with muted, natural scents. The grounds a very pretty, they shared amenities with the JW next door which created a fun day going from their lazy river then back to the Ritz pool for some R&R. The Ritz pool area has complimentary water, fruit, sunscreen, towels floating mats. The pool server was attentive as well. The lobby bar is large with friendly wait staff. I had probably the best charcuterie board I've ever had, featuring really decent gluten free toast in lieu of regular crackers, fresh honey comb, and high quality meats and cheeses. Fruit and electrolyte water was waiting in my room after a long day at the pool, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast buffet was inside Highball&Harvest, which was packed full of options, including gf muffins, toast, and waffles which were made in their kitchen area away from the buffet. There are a lot of amenities that I walked by but didn't utilize, like mountain bikes for their wood path, canoes, pool tables, ping pong, foosball, giant chess, soccer goals and a bunch of kids activities. For a Ritz I've never experienced this issue maybe an Orlando thing with humidity and HVAC issues in the area. Still something to consider addressing. Checking in I saw them treating guests differently based on the way they were dressed or how they appeared to be paying for said stay. (Let's say the guy next to me was using points to pay vs cash and they made sure to say it loud enough for us nearby to hear) inappropriate to say the least. Day 3 My husband left his key in the room and naturally went to front desk to get a spare, they in turn disabled the other keys we had including mine (without mentioning this to him) This issue will come back to haunt me later, mind you we are here for work and running around between properties and meetings. Elevators REQUIRE keys to get up to your floor. I ordered food to my room, had a few bites and left it to come back to between meetings. The housekeeping threw it all away, I had my button on for no service and somehow I was serviced between 6-7pm while in a meeting. Never in my Mariott/Ritz past stays have I ever faced these types of issues. The property's are normally some of the best. Super disappointing stay as a titanium elite member.
