My wife and I booked the Royal Crest Room for a few reasons - they were extremely responsive and convenient to where we live in St. Cloud, you cannot beat the inclusive pricing, the facilities and decor are amazing, and we already knew we loved the food and bar service from visiting the restaurant while golfing. We decided on a Bridgerton themed wedding and the Magnolia Garden and cocktail hour space were the perfect vibe. The venue allowed us to have a horse and carriage on the tee box right next to the cocktail hour space, and the reception room with the included draping and chandeliers were perfect. Also, probably most importantly, the team made us feel wanted and loved. As a LGBT couple, we were worried that it would be difficult to find a venue and vendor team that made us feel just as comfortable as any other couple, but they exceeded our expectations. They made accommodations for us to use both locker rooms as bridal suites, ensured we were always comfortable with all of the decisions, and even let us do a re-tasting to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our dinner menu. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the bar service and service of the venue staff. Everything was perfect - so much so that MANY of our guests have asked us to throw anniversary parties here every year. The Royal Crest Room team was also incredibly responsive and flexible when communicating any questions or concerns, worked with us when we had a payment due but we were traveling internationally, and immediately corrected an issue with our sand ceremony equipment. We could not have asked for a better team for our special day and their preferred vendors list will help with any other special touches you want to add! We used many from that list and it was such a vibe when all our vendors knew each other or had worked together before, making the day flow smoothly. Highly recommend!!! read more

I had previously gone here for a possible venue location for our wedding back in 2018, and although I loved it, it was out of our price range. Tonight, I attended a football banquet at the Royal Crest Room and it was everything that I remembered it being. The reception room had beautiful white drapery and a hanging chandelier, the tables were spaced nicely around the room all with formal dining wear and chargers. The servers were very quiet and respectful during the event, and wore all black head to toe, including gloves while serving food. They moved around in a very smooth pattern and flow of the room. They were professionals. My only complaint is the bathrooms are single stalls. read more

I'm unsure if that's due to the venue or the type of "package" chosen by couple. Outdoor ceremony and cocktail sites overlook golf course. This place looks amazing, it's beautiful very spacious and elegant venue for weddings or just about any event you are looking to have. It's an amazing view to the golf course, with just very beautiful spots for photographers. That's not all, there is 2 huge golf courses, and a beautiful full bar and bull soZe kitchen to serve you just about anything at the country club. I would deff recommend it for anyone looking to find a venue, or just a place to go golfing. Very high end. read more

I would love to have booked this place for my wedding. I requested information from their website and got confirmation that they received it, but I have yet to receive a reply from over a month ago. I saw them at Florida Wedding Expo today to communicate in person and the three ladies that were working the booth/table did not even acknowledge me. One of them literally had her back to people passing by and was chatting with the other two. I even went by two different times! Unbelievable! Went with another vendor for obvious reasons. Ah, the Royal Crest Room. We knew going into our venue search that we needed a place that was going to provide great photo opportunities, but also meet all the other qualities you need in a venue. We looked at several venues to see what our options were; some were beautiful but too pricey, some were excellent in some aspects but not all, some were so-so at best. Throughout all of those visits, one of us had the Royal Crest Room in the back of their mind as an excellent option, and as soon as we visited for the first time, both of us were sold. The Royal Crest Room is beautiful, and if photography is your thing, you can't go wrong. We could have added an extra few hours of photo time to our day and still not had time for all the photo opportunities they present. Come our wedding day, the ceremony space looked beautiful, the reception area looked beautiful, and they managed to make our very shrunken group of guests look like a full crowd. All of these are great features, but we can't review RCC without reviewing their team. Because of COVID and our weird life schedules, we ended up working a little bit with everyone on the team, and they are all amazing! Lizz - excellent, Jackie - excellent, Jasmine - excellent, Karen - excellent! We had to move our wedding due to Covid, and they helped us move our date without any questions whatsoever. Throughout our process, we worked with the entire team, and were thrilled by how professional and encouraging they were. Whichever you end up with, you can rest assured that your day will be seamless. Most importantly when your day comes, you will feel the same that we do, that the Royal Crest Room is a place like no other for a perfect wedding day. read more

This venue is beautiful and unique for pictures. The reception area is nice and the area where outdoor ceremonies take place can be breathtaking. However, beyond that I think there are major issues with customer service and the size and setup of areas for wedding parties to get ready. The women's locker room is where hair and makeup were done for our friend's wedding. It is a very, very cramped space if you have more than 2-3 people getting ready. Keep this in mind if you have a larger wedding party. The setup is also terrible. You need to walk through the pro shop and the women's restroom to get to it. The pro shop was a disaster and so were the women's restrooms. They knew there was a wedding that day and there were boxes all over the pro shop and every trash can in the women's room was full and stalls didn't have toilet paper. Lights were burnt out in the actual locker room where photographers were trying to take pictures. I wonder if anyone even checks this stuff prior to a wedding. Also, keep in mind if you have a male videographer or photographer they need to enter the women's restroom to get to you to get your "getting ready" photos. The bridal suite off the main ballroom is even smaller and you are not supposed to move your things over to that area until 2 hours prior to the ceremony itself. I just think the setup is not conducive with things going efficiently. We also had an incident where our friend's bumper on her car got ripped off by a piece of rebar in the parking lot. This was the only cement parking block that had rebar sticking out of it. She went to the people at the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. They brought the GM in, Bill Filson (I believe). He looked our friend up and down and proceeded to tell her he wasn't given her any insurance info and basically it was her fault. Word to the wise, all this dude needed to do was be kind. Even if you feel someone is in the wrong, they are your customer. Apologize and ask what you can do. Don't treat them like crap, period, but especially when their friends have spent a lot of money for a wedding at your venue. On that alone I wouldn't recommend this place. The wait staff was absolutely wonderful and the food was great. read more

Be careful of the day of wedding coordinator you choose. Some of them are amazing (Lizz), and some of them are awful (really nice, but not really good at their job). For our actual wedding day, things went fairly smoothly for when we had the good coordinator take over. The venue itself is beautiful, but a small piece of advice is to perhaps hire a wedding coordinator that you trust, or make sure you change the coordinator if you get one that acts unprofessional. I really wanted to give them a 5 star review like the rest of our vendors, and despite the hiccups, I wanted to give them a chance. However, after we have expressed our concerns, the owner said they would respond within the next day or so, and has not bothered to respond after an entire week. We weren't looking for anything more than a simple apology, so we are pretty disappointed as this was the only vendor that let us down. We just want to add that Lizz was wonderful, and we would give her 5 stars hands down. We wish that the rest of representatives of the company was on par with Lizz. So if you are set on this venue, find Lizz, or good luck. read more

Attended a wedding where they did things like not remove an excess (50%) of unfilled chairs for the ceremony and video when they knew an hour before the ceremony what the head count was. It made the wedding video look kind of sad. The events were also rushed and out of sequence. Guests were forced to participate in things without any notice etc...Additionally, after RSVP'ng vegan and vegetarian a month in advance, while everyone else ate a full course of food with 2 protein choices, the vegetarian received the side vegetable while I received a stack of 3 tomato slices. My dinner was 3 slices of tomato. It's not just insulting to guests, but also to the bride and groom who paid so much to make everyone feel welcome. Yes, Royal Crest room. That includes vegetarians and vegans. You didn't even try. read more
