This Company over promises and under delivers. The worst combination for a business. They might be…read morecheap but you will pay for that in so many other ways - Be prepared to be let down. They will tell you they have ordered your carpet and when you check with the manufacturers weeks later you will be told "we have no orders for that carpet from Steve Johnson Carpets."You will work through the night to redecorate prior to installation and nothing will happen for weeks. You will take a day off work when they say they will install and no one will turn up.They won't call you to keep you advised of progress - you always have to chase them. You will clear furniture from a room and rip out the old carpet in preparation for the imminent installation of your new carpet and be forced to live in that state for weeks as they continually give excuses why they are again letting you down. But the worst thing is when you tell your friends about your cheap quote and they also order carpet from Steve Johnson Carpets only to get the same treatment, the same letdowns and the same lame excuses such as "sorry, I ordered the wrong coloured carpet". On the plus side, their only redeeming feature is that if you complain loud enough, you will get additional discounts. Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else, pay a bit more and save all that heartache.
