We have a pool at home, so learning water safety was a huge priority for our family. Looking back, I only wish we had started even sooner. The progress he has made in just a couple of months has been incredible. He can float better than most adults I know, and he's already learned how to roll over onto his back and float if he falls into the water. Watching him develop these lifesaving skills has given us so much more confidence around the pool. Like many toddlers, he still cries during some lessons and reaches for me, especially when he's learning a new skill. But I've come to realize that's because he's being challenged, and growth isn't always comfortable. Once he mastered floating, he actually stopped crying for several lessons. Now that he's working on a new skill, the tears have returned a bit which is completely normal. Kris is patient, encouraging, and always makes sure he is safe while helping him build confidence. I truly appreciate how focused the program is on real water safety, not just having fun in the pool. Seeing what my son is capable of at only 18 months old has been amazing. I appreciate the ability to make up a class within 30 days and ability to switch classes based off of availability. They do monthly check ins with your child to see their progress and promote them to the next level once they are ready.
