I asked The Range to make a complaint against their courier, who dumped my parcel in a communal hallway, even though I was in.
I'd already sent a complaint to DHL, but needed The Range to send a complaint, since they hired them.
The girl on LiveChat repeatedly insisted that I was DHL's customer, by proxy. (Ridiculous and incorrect!)
I pointed out that The Range has a contract with DHL, I do not.

She did not wish to be educated on that fact.
It annoys me when staff fob customers off with misinformation.
She suggested I contact DHL, as if that was something I was supposed to do and not The Range.
She said she'd send a message to DHL, as if it was a favour to me and not her duty.
Today, I opened the toilet seat to fit it.
There are a few noticeable flaws in the glitter. Also, the fixings aren't the type that tighten well on my toilet.
I've attached over 20 toilet seats for myself and others, with various fittings. Not one of them has been loose.
The way I fit them, they never become loose over time. This hinge design is disappointing. I have to buy new fittings.
Overall, this has been a thoroughly unpleasant interaction with The Range.
As a person who buys most of my goods online, The Range is way behind most retailers in their level of service.
Perhaps they're just not interested in repeat business. read more
