The lady sat down with me and I talked about what I wanted for my nails. Don't have oily nails, so typically when I want to take them off, it's a long, tedious soaking process. They don't just pop off like others do. Not friendly here. He did not ask me about the shape or check if it was even, no conversation, painted my nails and walked off. I felt the shape and it was too sharp. I had to ask him to fix it and he informed me that my polish would mess up. He did not offer to redo the polish or check to see if i was satisfied. This man only cared about the money. This was Saturday the 4th and on Wednesday the 8th, my polish is already chipping and peeling off. I will say that my daughters person did communicate and take his time - he was good. My mother had a pedicure and it was not very special. Overall, it is a pass.
