This past time they damaged my dog's eyes. When we left he couldn't open his eye. I had to take him to the vet immediately. The vet records show it's a chemical burn on his cornea from shampoo. Plus he has always had a skin tag on his lower eyelid that the groomer should've been careful with. Now he's on antibiotics for his eye and pain meds and in a lot of pain wearing a cone and i can only hope he heals. I reached out and haven't heard back from Boss. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. I'm angry, my baby is hurt, my vet bills should be reimbursed by Boss and if his eyes don't heal i don't know what i will do. To not even hear back after reaching out 12 hours ago at 8am is unacceptable.

The service, other than the young girl at the register who apologized and attempted to explain. They forgot to put on Gracie's collar with her ID and the young girl at the front desk was kind enough to deliver it. The timing process was unacceptable, but the haircut was beautiful.

However 2015 was the last year he filed for us, because after having our 2016 tax documents for more than 5 months, he finally responded to our emails on May 30th 2021 stating that, even though he's already way past deadline, his doctor said he should take a break from work for a while and that we needed to find someone else to handle our returns! This caused us to incur multiple penalties at that time... Now we have an even bigger issue 5 years later due to his work, and as usual, he can't be reached!
