A location that can not be beat, the hotel is directly opposite the Belfast Cathedral and is close to dining and drinking and downtown Belfast. The neighborhood is... interesting but it's a big city and I wouldn't worry about it.
I had a single room on the first floor facing the street. Two nights here and it was completely quiet from the interior. I heard no noise from neighbors and no slamming doors. Outside, some arguing at 2am and some backup beeping trucks at 6am. Otherwise, good.
The room is minimally furnished but comfortable. An extended stay here would be acceptable as there is plenty of storage. The bed was a little soft but quite warm. Kettle and coffee/tea service, a nice flat panel television and space to spread out my laptop and such.
Continental breakfast was good. As I'm doing a food tour later, toast and sliced ham/sliced cheese with cereal, fruit and juice was plenty. The automated espresso machine worked well, making a decent flat white.
Parking was a challenge, but I was able to find a paid lot a short walk away and my rental car can stay there for the two days.
Belfast can be a spendy city for hotels and this was a decent bargain. I would stay here again.
