I recently Got a puppy from here And he is a Cavapoo I absolutely love him he is amazing and he hasn't came down with parvo (thank god) or anything to major BUT around a week after having him He started to have this strange cough and at the end of the cough it would lead to gagging so I took him to the vet and They put him on antibiotics and a steroid to treat whatever he has but the vet said it is more likely kennel cough and I'll be doing a follow up soon as possible then the vet said that his shot records from the paper the puppy place gave me they were just tractor supply shots and they haven't seen them in stores in awhile the ones they specifically used on him and probably more puppies and that they are not affective but The puppy place said he had a kennel cough shot then why tf does he have kennel cough I only gave them two stars and not one just because I absolutely love my dog that I got from there But this place is full of BS please do not buy from there I don't regret my puppy but it's not worth the stress of worrying if your little puppy is going to come down with something else next or either a heartbreak... go buy from an actual seller that sell health guaranteed puppies .. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. There are sick puppies here with parvo like mine and they simply offer a refund when the puppy dies rather than taking all puppies off shelves and deep sanitizing. If parvo were to be found at PAWS the whole shelter must close while deep sanitation takes place to prevent spreading and allow treatment of all affected dogs. This is disgusting.. read more

BEWARE!! They are not properly caring for their puppies, causing them to leave with buyers with kennel cough, parasites and even PARVO!! Pup just died of Parvo days after being purchased! They don't keep their puppies in a clean environment and don't provide proper veterinary care, worming and shots. They don't give you proper paperwork with the puppy so you can't back track where the puppy came from (because it was a puppy mill). They treat the puppies like merchandise rather than life long beloved pets. But honestly, who in the year of our lord 2023 doesn't already know this about puppy mill shops? The lines they hand you about being from reputable breeders, from champion bloodlines, with a clean bill of health, etc... I would not recommend this place. Please do your research and find well know breeder. We purchased a dog on Wed Feb 1 2023 and in the contract it stated to see a vet within 72 hours for a health check. Our puppie had kennel cough. While at the vet, someone was there that purchased a puppy there that Wed as well. While I was in the establishment a lady came in with vet work about something wrong with her puppy as well. I called The Puppy Place and let them know that there was kennel cough going around. He did say he would pay the vet bill, but money is not an issue. My concern is that I notified them if the problem and they never closed to fix the problem. Kennel cough is highly contagious and I am sure many more there have it. Please be careful with this place and if you know of anyone that is thinking about purchasing a dog there to take it to the vet immediately. If kennel cough is not treated it can be very dangerous. They will allow you to return the dog to them, but I could not let this sweet baby return back to this establishment read more

If I could leave a 0 star I would. Let me first say that this place puts off a very good game, they will fool you in a heartbeat. We recently adopted a puppy from them. Looked over all the paperwork everything. When I asked the manager why the date was not on the veterinary clean bill of health she stated "o the Dr must of forgot". I at the time didn't think nothing of it. We brought the puppy home and within 3 days we had a totally different puppy. After taking him to the vet we sadly found out that he had Parvo and in fact was SOLD to us while he was infected, he just wasn't showing symptoms. After my vet looking over the documents from the puppy place we found out that the puppy place falsified documents. The "Clean bill of health" was actually from when he was just born, not a RECENT visit. And the shot records were fake. My vet did not recognize the stickers they used for the shots and the stickers were not on a VET paper but their own. Their "records" stated that my puppy was given the parvo shot on 9/17 IF this was the case, my puppy would not have gone through what he did. After contacting the puppy place and telling them about the parvo they DID NOT shut down and mass test all their puppy's but instead CONTINUED to sell puppy's that were in direct contact with mine. This place needs their doors closed and the owners held accountable for their actions...this is not a money quick scheme but pleoples lives and homes you are messing with. We lost a very loving friendly dog due to THEIR negligence! What my family has been through the past week is something I would never wish on anyone! read more
