The place is calming and welcoming the moment we walked in. The lady who assisted me is friendly, and knowledgeable. She takes time in explaining and helpful with finding what you want and what's good for you. Everyone in there have an infectious positive aura that will lift up your mood if you're feeling stressed. Plus you get to pet their friendly and calm dog. Besides from the huge selections of crystals, and jewelry, they also sell books, garden things, statues, and more. But when I bought three gift certificates for friends (two who knew of your gift) they each attempted to make an appointment but they could never get a callback/response. I'm very disappointed that my $90 was wasted, especially on gifts for friends. I hated losing that money when times were difficult for me and giving a worthless gift but especially for all three of them to miss out on a reading with you.
