I ordered to have the embroidery done for my kids' parka, specifically asked for a certain fonts…read morefor different kids. They promised me that it should be done by Thursday (3 days after I dropped the parkas off). I came in Thursday and she said it's not ready because she thought it was Friday so she promised me that it will be done by Friday. When I came on Friday night (she said she will be closing the store at 6:30 so I called her at 5:45pm saying I will be there in 10min), she said she left the parka with another store so come to the back door to pick them up. When I got there, the parkas were put in a box sitting outside of the store under the bush, anyone can come and grab them. Then when I checked the works, she had one of the parka embroidered in the wrong font completely. I paid over $100 to get these embroidery done and this service is so bad. I would not recommend this to anyone.
