This place is everything! I didn't know I could have a crush on a designed space until I walked into this coffee shop and wanted to literally steal every design element that this place is covered with. It's like walking into someone's hip Pinterest board. Luckily that's not all they have going on, their coffee is really good especially if you're into interesting lattes. In addition to the regulars listed on the wall, they always seem to have a separate chalk board menu full of unique latte or coffee flavors. I'm a pretty decisive coffee shop orderer, but this place actually had me stumped. Think I was staring at the choices for like 6 min (that's like an eternity). Don't think i've had anything bad here (cortado, lavendar latte, rose vanilla, cold brew, etc) but I have to give a special shout out to the iced BSC Latte because it's SO good. I think it stands for "brown sugar caramel", which is this crunchy, sweet, slightly burnt tasting (but in good way) stuff that sits at the bottom. As you take a drink it adds a delicious and unique texture to each sip, I highly recommend it if you're into that kind of thing. Note to my fellow lactose intolerant friends: They don't serve soy here. Your non-dairy options are almond, macadamia and coconut. Choose wisely! Location wise it might be kind of hard to find, it's on the corner of 6th and Mercedes nestled in the corner of this vintage looking cluster of shops and stores. My husband and I stopped by while taking a drive through town just exploring one day, I saw the shop at the last minute with a few people at the tables outside and so we turned around for an afternoon drink. Its very cute inside and staff was very friendly. My husband opted for a hot honey vanilla latte, which is typically my favorite, but I wanted to try a special latte they had. I can't remember what it was called, sometime with cherry in the name. We ordered it to go and waited inside for a few minutes. I wanted to love this place. It appeared to be everything a starbucks isn't. The drinks were a disaster though. My cherry latte wasn't horrible, but very bland. There was no fruity flavor at all. My husbands lavender vanilla latte was throw-it-in-the-trash bad. I'm sure it looks cute and makes for a great instagram post when you have a latte with a cute foam design and dried lavender garnishing the top, but for a to-go drink, the dried flowers were an awful idea. Every sip taken resulted in a gross mouth full of the dried lavender, which is a horrible texture to drink. Brown sugar caramel. Sounds like a good idea and a reasonable replacement in a ice caramel latte. Well, not quite.... The person making it out way too much of it. The drink was near undrinkable toward the end. The molasses in the brown sugar separated and visually made a gross white chunkiness on the side of the cup. The chunks had little flavor so it wasn't a complete deal breaker. Honestly, the caramel should have been mixed with the hot espresso until it disintegrated and then poured over ice and milk. read more

Great location, creative coffee drinks, and vegan treats! I stop here whenever I'm in the area because their coffee is sooo good! The staff is friendly and helpful with suggestions based on what you like. The presentation is beautiful for all you social media peeps! They also offer donuts and and others vegan desserts. You can find handmade items for sale that make great gifts! I got some wood earrings in the shape of coffee foam for my daughter! There is ample seating both inside and out, and since outside seating is on a porch you can people watch and enjoy the nice weather! The only drawback I would say is the bathroom, it's not in a convenient spot (you have to walk through the kitchen) and it's a bit awkward. read more

The Press is hands-down my favorite coffee shop. I worked in Old Town Temecula for 2 years (2016-2018) and I got so dependent on their coffee lol. I've tried almost everything on their menu and I found out that my favorite drink was, of course,​ the Iced Belgian Mocha. All of the baristas are very nice but my coworker's and I always liked talking to Lorenzo, he is so so so nice. I also thought it was cool when we'd sometimes see the owner making drinks too! And if you don't like coffee, try their teas! Or honestly just go for the atmosphere because both of their shops are just the cutest. I just had to leave this review here because I moved to Florida almost a month ago and you guys set my bar too high!! There's nothing as good as The Press out here. We, Angelenos, are badly spoiled by choices of coffee. From Urth Cafe, to Intelligencia, from Blue Bottle to The Loft. There are endless choices and countless selections. Embedded in old town Temecula, there is a gem of brew tugged away on a side street strip mall, called The Press Espresso. I just had to walk in and get a cup, out of curiosity, seeking adventure. The menu has many choices. Some are ordinary, some not so much. I ordered something similar to a hot chocolate, it was called the "Belgium Mocha". Belgium is famous for their production of cocoa flavored treats. The barista patiently explained that the drink is of a deeper, darker chocolate flavor, rich and creamy. Temptation took charge and taste bud went on a leap. It was well composed, with the foam art and all, not shabby at all for such an unexpected find. I haven't been here in a while and came to stay for some school stuff. And I'm kind of sad that I haven't been coming here because the coffee is awesome and the music they play is legit. It's definitely very aesthetic. The coffee I ordered was the Thai coconut espresso And I added an extra shot, it was perfect! My bf and I were stuck in traffic on the way back from San Diego, so I looked for a coffee shop for some caffeine fuel. The coffee shop is located in old town Temecula and the interior was super cute. The barista was very helpful with suggestions and describing all the drinks. They have a standard menu and a specials menu. They had so many options that it was hard to pick a drink. I ended up getting the brown sugar latte and my bf had their Thai coconut espresso. His drink was strong but the coconut milk gave it a nice balance and sweetness. The brown sugar latte was sweet but so good!! I got it iced, so the brown sugar sat at the bottom and every time I wanted a little treat, I sipped up some sugar. Came in right at closing time for a slice of cheesecake. I was standing at the register and the guy said they were done for the night. If you're closed then lock the door... He could have easily handed me a slice of the cheesecake that was right in front of him... I never write reviews... ever. But this place deserves one especially after reading some of the lower reviews. First off, if someone gave this place a low rating it's because they're use to shit chain coffee shops such as Starbucks and like to compare it to its wide variety of foods that are processed and packaged. Here everything is fresh baked and homemade and people still seem to complain because they're use to convenience and not quality. Sencond, Others also like to act like Ms puff from spongebob and take away a star for not being a "good noodle" and somehow think they're doing their due diligence when In actuality they can never be pleased because they ended every comment with "but it was good coffee and nice scenery"... Cute little coffee shop in Old Town Temecula with great drinks and nice vibes. The space is small and cute, not as spacious as I'd like for a place to study but there are plenty of outlets and technically there is wifi (my friends and I had trouble connecting last time). As far as drinks go, the iced americano is the best I've ever had (and I don't really ever drink coffee for various reasons so if this detracts from my review, transparency). The pour over was also really good and they both came out on a wooden block with a "lotus" cookie (which is basically the cookie butter cookie/biscuit). Staff was friendly and there's parking in the lot or on the streets nearby. One of the nicest coffee shops I've found in Temecula so give it a try if you're tired of the same old Starbucks at every corner. read more

Found this little coffee shop on the recommendation of a cute little old couple my friend and I met at the chocolate shop. We were SO impressed with how cute this shop was. The decor was unique and hip. I was digging it! The barista was super cool and answered my questions regarding vegan options. Unfortunately, the mochas are not dairy-free but all their syrups are made from scratch in house. You can make the lattes vegan by adding non-dairy milk and add your unique flavor of syrup. I had the rose vanilla latte with almond milk and I really enjoyed the unique flavor. It wasn't overly sweet and definitely had a nice flavor. I loved how beautifully decorated my coffee was. My friend tried the honey lavender latte with almond milk and she equally enjoyed her drink (and she's not usually a coffee drinker!). The barista went out of his way to find out if the macaroons were vegan but the other employee seemed disgruntled about doing so- and it was totally obvious. Major bummer... and I should say I entered the bathroom as he was leaving and he left the toilet seat up... why?! Why would you leave the toilet seat up in a unisex bathroom? Shame, shame, especially as an employee. Anyhow, the service from the barista was exemplary. I appreciate him taking the time to talk about the syrups, flavors, and answer questions. Wish everyone there showed the same courtesy. There's another little room with limited seating located near the bathroom. The ambience and vibe are very chill here.
