I recently moved out after purchasing a home, but I still have fond memories of living at this…read moreapartment community. To be honest, my experience wasn't always great in the beginning. Things really started to improve when Sarah became the manager. Sarah brought a level of professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care that made a noticeable difference. She was always friendly, approachable, and willing to help whenever questions or issues came up. Her dedication to the residents helped create a much more positive living environment. The property became better maintained, and there was a stronger sense of community under her leadership. Even though I'm excited about this new chapter as a homeowner, I look back on my time here with appreciation, largely because of the positive changes Sarah helped bring about. Thank you, Sarah, for all your hard work and for making my final years here such a positive experience. I would happily recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

They evicted us for an amount of rent that we TRIED TO PAY THEM but they returned it and then sued us for 10k, even though what we tried to pay and what we owed was less the 1k. They illegally towed cars. Lied on court papers. They have screwed us. They knew they broke contract by unlawfully entering into our apartment, and pushed through the eviction so they didn't have to deal with their mess up. DO NOT MOVE HERE! They take advantage of people who need help, and take no accountability. And we weren't the only ones that this happened to.

Clearfield Junction by Apartment Management Consultants - My little granddaughter is very impressed. I love this place. Great maintenance, customer service, amenities, and so much more.

Unfortunately we landed at this apartment complex because it is close to the military base but if I…read morehad been the one doing the apartment hunting I would have kept on looking. The surrounding area around this neighborhood is sketchy to say the least. The three bedroom apartment has a nice floorplan and its modern style which felt really nice to walk into. Our balcony needed construction while we lived there and we were blocked from access to it for two weeks. That's fine, rather it didn't fall down being on the third floor. But if you're anything like me, you can't stand it when the surrounding neighbors make all the noise like they live on the ground floor. The management refused to acknowledge my complaint of the noise daily in the unit above me. Every single day, constant music playing and the walls echoing their annoying music. Had the music been something catchy maybe it wouldn't have been so bad but they kept on playing it and management did nothing about it. Those neighbors also had parties on Friday nights and the guests didn't tread lightly on the ceiling. The walls are thin. We also had a barking dog that fortunately moved away after a few weeks of me arriving to Utah. There's only one package room and it doesn't always take the code so you have to text the manager to open the door to pick up a package sometimes, not when it was working but frequently. It's located in one building so if you live in any of the three other buildings you have to hoof it on over to that building and it can be a long walk for some. I was promised a covered parking spot when the unit was rented but when I arrived they said oh well we don't have any you have to park on the outside until one opens up. I never got a covered parking space. There aren't enough to go around. I had to park way in the front by the library. The "dog park" was a small patch that stunk to high heaven when you walked by it. Nasty. The building had a feel of industrial office building with stuffy hallways that smelled like pinesol. We paid a huge penalty for having to relocate before the lease was done. I mean huge. It was very expensive. And we left the apartment cleaner than when we received it but the management kept our deposit, almost $1000 and sent us a check for around $60 and told us it was for "damages." We didn't cause damages to the apartment. It was spotless and no new damages to it than when we received it. Final straw which spawned my intention to spread the word about this place is that I had a package delivered there after we moved to another state. The manager texted me and told me I needed to have someone go pick it up from the office. I requested for it to be forwarded to me and said I would reimburse them for shipping. The manager refused to do it, she said they have no way to ship the package. The POST OFFICE right across the street from the apartment complex office could have been a way to ship it to my forwarding address. The manager refused and threw my package away. What choice did I have but to let her? I don't know a single person other than her in the state of Utah. Yes I did lose money on that package as they did not reimburse me. It should have been refused and returned to the company for a refund to be issued. She threw it in the trash. Couldn't be bothered with a small favor that probably would have included a nice tip for her time and effort. But this is the atmosphere when you live at this apartment complex. Like nobody cares at all about you, just pay rent and fend for yourself. She also said the apartment remains vacant. I think it's obvious with experiences like mine that it may not be rented ever again and if I were you, looking for a place to live, I'd keep looking.

I'm not sure where to begin, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more In early October, I paid my rent within the grace period (either on the 1st or 2nd). A few hours later, I called the assistant property manager to confirm that my payment through Domuso had been received, and she verified that it had. However, just a few days later, I returned home to find an eviction notice on my door for nonpayment. When I addressed this with the property manager, I was told that the issue with the payment was on my end, not theirs. It definitely was not on my end because I had more than enough funds in my account. I was then offered a "one-time fee waiver as a courtesy" to remove the late fee. Given that I had already confirmed my payment with their office, I found this response very frustrating and confusing. Unfortunately, my attempts to resolve the issue were met with poor communication and an extremely dismissive and abrasive tone by Kelsie. After several days of back-and-forth, I ultimately felt forced to sign the document just to put the matter behind me. In the text, I added that I felt like I was being a "Karen" based on how I was being spoken down to. I truly just wanted to be done dealing with kelsie and the situation itself. I ended the conversation with her very nicely. Another concern arose during the winter when my pipes froze. Since I had never experienced this issue before, I reached out to ask whether I should submit a maintenance request. I was told to do so, and I scheduled a time to be present in the unit. However, no one arrived at the scheduled time, nor did I receive any communication. The following day, I was asked if the issue had been resolved. I explained that while I had hot water, I had not been contacted about maintenance entering my unit. I was then abrasively informed by Kelsie (property manager) that the situation was considered an emergency and that entry did not require permission. While I understand that emergencies require prompt action, it is still reasonable to expect clear communication that someone would be entering my home that I am paying for. At no point was this communicated to me, which I found unacceptable. Especially when I was told to submit a maintenance request and was not informed of the severity needing to be addressed asap. I absolutely expressed my frustrations about that to kelsie and she followed up with the terms of the lease when it comes to an emergency. I felt like my concerns were completely dismissed. Overall, my experience with management (Kelsie specifically) was marked by poor communication, lack of professionalism, rude, dismissive, and an abrasive attitude toward tenant concerns. I even got the email to Kelsie's boss Janae (Regional property manager) to further raise my issues and concerns as I felt like I was going no where with kelsie. The response back from Janae appeared very much scripted and lacked any acknowledgment of the details I provided. Much like the scripted responses back to other people's reviews. This made my time living here unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, parking is very limited so good luck finding a spot that isn't in a towing area, the construction quality in the units itself is not as good as it appears, and the "grass" area is just turf and smells horrible. My lease ended the end of April, and I chose to move out early in April, despite being over 8 months pregnant, in order to avoid continuing in this environment. While moving under those circumstances was difficult, I do not regret the decision, as I am much happier now living somewhere else. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. That's what's deserved. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property. I encourage prospective tenants to carefully consider their options before making a decision. If you're Military looking for something less than temporary, then this is the place is for you. Their response back to my review on google was hilarious because in my opinion, it just further proves how they conduct business. This place is really not worth it. Appearances are deceiving.

Once they get your money they don't respond to you…read more I was emailing them back and forth to come see and submit an application. The time between emails was short, 5 min response time. I sat for 1 hour to fill out all the paperwork, asked about the tax credit, and how it would apply to me. Got a quick look at some paper that showed it lowers some bill. I continued the application process. I knew the application fee was 40 dollars, however for them to process the 40 dollars they charge you 7. So it was 47 dollars in total to apply plus a 200 "holding deposit". I was told I have 72 hours to cancel my application and I would get deposit back. I went home and after some carful review and thinking I decided to cancel my application. I emailed the address given to me and cced the person who sent me my deposit receipt stating I want to cancel my application. 24 hours later no response, so I sent another email. Another 24 hours later still no response. I sent another email again no response. I called and was told they have 30 days to refund my deposit and they are short staffed. At no time did they ever tell me it would take 30 days. I did not read on any paperwork it would take 30 days. The fact that no one was responding to my emails AFTER I submitted my application tells me they don't care about you once they have your money. My suggestion is don't trust these people and don't give them your money. They will withhold info from you and not respond back once they get your money.
