On this job they went above and beyond what was expected when on the last day of the job, during final grading, they ran into a buried concrete footer from a long-ago deck. Excellent service and completion of the jobs. His crews are skilled, not just day laborers. Bay Avenue is a big enough company to have the skills, equipment, and experience for whatever you might need, but small enough that the owner is on top of every job and answers your phone calls quickly. Highly recommended
