I ordered an arrangement for a funeral. It was supposed to be an all white arrangement with a little bit of greenery. I was told they had white roses another whit flower and daisies. I have never been so disappointed and ever embarrassed with how ugly the bouquet was. I had a last minute request and they were closed. So I put my order in online at 10pm from Denver asking this (unknown to me) florist to deliver a sympathy bouquet to a church by 10am the next morning in Pierre. Not only did they deliver a beautiful arrangement, they got it there in time for the services. They also called me at 8:05am to let me know they could take care of it so I didn't have to wonder. I'm very disappointed in my order from The Pink Petal. I ordered the FTD Golden Hour Bouquet and paid $40 extra to get the best arrangement. If what I got was the best then I can't imagine how pitiful the standard one was. What I received was worse looking than than the picture for the standard arrangement and didn't even come close to what the picture showed for the best. The arrangement had no roses and only about half the flowers the picture showed. It is unlikely I will ever order from this florist again and I would highly advise against them. read more

NEVER AGAIN! I asked for a 75.00 bouquet. I got 3 roses, 8 carnations and a hand full of delphinium. When I asked about her pricing she charged me 22.00 to assemble. I said on your website there's a dozen red roses for 69.99. She said those are FTD prices not my prices. Just because I'm from out of town doesn't mean I didn't see it. read more

Worst floral arrangement I have ever seen and overpriced thru the roof. My husband placed a phone order for a Valentine's arrangement and was charged $102 for a sad looking, pathetic floral arrangement. When my husband gave me these, the roses were half dead, balloon was half deflated, came with no message card and the balloon was being held down with a screw washer. I thanked my poor husband for the flowers, but I was fuming on the inside just thinking how they fully take advantage of people that are out of town, place phone orders and can't see the product. Arrangement came with no bow, which is customary in Valentine's, and no decorating or arranging the roses in any way. If he would have gone to Wal-Mart and purchased a dozen roses and a vase from them, it would have been a way better looking arrangement than what they sold for $102. Beware that they now run their business under The Pink Petal name, but it is the same crappy business under either name. read more
