I didn't hear anything from the person I sent them to. I asked her if she had received anything...nope. I reached out to the company and asked what was going on. She said "oh we were closed for a big event, so we didn't deliver it". She informed me that was her automatic from the shop email that goes out. So, in my head I'm like so...you could just not do anything and emails would go out that it was done...got it. The exchange was quite short, she seemed annoyed and said she would get it out Monday before 4 PM. I will attach a pic of what I paid for versus what my client received. To me, it was super cheap flowers subbed for fancy stuff.
