Anna had groomed Our dog several times. It wasn't until she was groomed by someone else that she started having problems. Anna groomed her once after that and we we told she was unable to be groomed without sedation. We tried again today having me in the office. Our dog was doing fine until it appeared that the clippers were getting hot. She would start wiggling and getting anxious and the groomer would seam to be fearful. She would feel the clippers feel they were hot and spray them but didn't allow them to cool. Every time everyone kept popping in "is everything ok?" Kept creating more anxiety for the groomer and the dog. I also think that the grooming environment is not conducive for a peaceful experience. You can here lots of other dogs barking etc. They sent her out the door without doing anything but shaving the hair on her back and still charged $38 for that. It was over $60 for a basic cut for our other dog. immediately after we left the office I came home and finished trimming My dogs head with my husbands cheap $25 hair clippers (not the better oster clippers I am used to.)
I wish I could post the video of how calm she was read more
