Absolutely AVOID. I dare to say, This company is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with IN MY…read moreWHOLE LIFE. It is a complete SCAM. I posted this comment here as I feel obliged to help people from being scammed by them. Here is why and evidence: 1. They deliver hazardous flats for tenants, which has black molds everywhere in the flat, which causes lung infections; 2. They refused to return deposit while the flat was hazardous to live, all the way until the last moment that we were going to sue them as tenants, with the solid written proof that it was hazardous to live. 3. When we said we were going to sue them, the staff literally laughed and said, it is not our first time being sued, and we are not afraid. How hilarious! 4. They delayed the move in date by 1 whole month stated by the contract, resulting in all of the tenants having to spend hugely on temporary living while waiting, and they provided 0 compensation; 5. The staff did NOT reply to any emails, or calls when there were issues; even if you go to their office, the staff refused to see you or talk to you or provide any solutions. They literally kicked me and other tenants out of their office. Overall, be very careful with the other positive and generic reviews of this company online, as this company truly, is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I can imagine they must have spent hugely on fake marketing reviews. Researching and finding agents that are responsible and reliable is important.

They are professional, intelligent and caring and go the extra mile to help with what would otherwise be a most stressful period in one's life. They are friendly and trustworthy (I know this makes them rare in the estate agent field!) and they were a pleasure to deal with. No request was ever too difficult for them to respond to, they were prompt in their responses and most importantly, they kept in regular contact with me throughout the entire process. I cannot fault them in any way and would certainly return to them if I ever needed to in the future. Dominic at the Clerkenwell office was also great and he is the one who initially showed me round the property that I eventually went on to buy.

Some agents are not frank but these guys are- if you have a mirror ball on your ceiling they'll tell you to get rid of it! Good advice! Also some agencies in London are a tad snoooty and these guys are very down to earth. Recommended!

I've read in one article that the mould can damage your respiratory system. It is kind of a dangerous, so keep in mind that you should try to remove this kind of fungus, that form at any place where moisture is trapped in the air- around showers, kitchens etc. And of course if there is a flood, it is likely to lead to mould that is growing rapidly. So I have never booked a mould treatment, but I will try it soon. I made a booking before one hour and the reservation is for Monday. I'm excited to see the results. I hope that the mould will disappear and I will stop worrying about it so much.
