Never knew this store existed until very recently when I wanted to buy a special gift for a friend…read more I first came across this store on the internet and was so impressed by their interesting and beautifully packaged cosmetics and bath/shower products that I decided to visit the store in person. As soon as you enter you are hit by a heavenly scent of the products which are all handmade. The gifts are stunningly wrapped and there is a wide variety to choose from with prices ranging from under £10 to around the £40 mark. Their products are highly individual and unusual so make great gifts. I was very lucky as I visited the store over Christmas and so was able to take advantage of their special offer of buy a product at £20 and receive a free item of any price as long as it was not from the Christmas range! I had a large selection to choose from and selected a large gift which should have cost me over £30.00!! The staff were young (nothing wrong with that) and very helpful and appeared to have an indepth knowledge of the products they were selling which was impressive. Would definately shop there again!

For example, there's a particular brand of shower gel that I use and Tesco sell it for £4.95, it's only £2.99 in Superdrug - so a no-brainer for me. Also, the staff are always very helpful and friendly (they're willing to check stock out the back, if something's not on the shelves) and they have a wide product range. In these credit-crunch times, I'd say it's worth taking a look here, you might save a few £s.

This Superdrug Store is located in Chineham Shopping Centre which also has a Boots store. I find…read morethat if I simply want to buy an item I usually shop in Superdrug as there products are cheaper than the Boots just round the corner! If I want advice on medications I prefer to use Boots as their pharmacy section is very good. Superdrug is a bit of a down market equivalent of Boots but if you just want to buy the usual chemist products then I would suggest you go here.
