They want their customers to receive fair and honest pricing and have a highly successful event. Second, they go above and beyond. Not only are they going to listen to your needs, but this will also make suggestions. Not to "upsell", but because they are truly the experts and can anticipate your need before you do. Third, they stick to their word. When they say they will do something- they do it. I have used tents and events several times. Recently, a family member had a sudden cancellation from her party planner, we are talking days before the memorial was to take place. This planner was responsible for everything. So, needless to say, she was now back to square one. Hearing her distress immediately put me to action, and I knew there was no one other to call than Rebecca Graves, owner of Tents and Events. Rebecca flew into action! She gathered all the necessary supplies, plus went to the store to purchase what we needed that had already been rented out to other events. We not only had everything to pull our party off, but Rebecca and her amazing crew made it more than we could have ever expected. Rebecca likes to refer to me as the "super hero for saving our party". But did I forget to mention that all of this happened 4th of July! Rebecca and the Tents and Events staff are the true superhero's. They believe everyone deserves a budget friendly but beautiful and fun event. I will never chose any other company for these services. Last year we had a horrible experience with Colorado Party Rental. So bad they gave us a large…read morecredit. They wouldn't refund the product provided that was so horrible it couldn't be used. So, this year we used the credit, thinking we would order things that they couldn't screw up. Linens- perfect condition. 8' Tall white drape- it was only 7' tall. Unusable. White Classic Bars- acceptable. Rope and Stanchion- the silver stanchion were at least three different styles and they were ALL dented! Most beyond usability. Of the 8 stanchion we found four that matched. Still dented and ugly. If I could ask one question to the owner of CPR it would be, "How do you sleep at night?" Events are import and, and stressful. If you use CPR get ready for a huge disappointment and lots of stress!! Now we can officially say, NEVER AGAIN. WARNING: I've noticed that they have somehow removed MANY one-star reviews. Don't believe the overall rating!!

I added this company to Yelp just to warn everyone to stay away!!!!…read more I was the bridesmaid in a wedding this past weekend, and Jeremiah - aka the tent guy - was the worst part of the entire wedding. He avoided the MOB (mother of the bride)'s calls for weeks beforehand. Finally showed up on Thursday for the Saturday wedding, to start setting up the tent, and then left for a meeting, and showed up 5 hours later. Keep in mind, he had no one with him, and the brother/groom had to help him set up. Said he'd be back on Friday at 11:00 - and showed up at 4:00. Didn't even finish on Friday. It's now the DAY of the wedding, and we get a call around 10:30 that he's in jail. Jail. His teeny tiny girlfriend or partner or whatever showed up around noon with the linens and to finish setting up the tent. She didn't even bring everything she needed, and had to leave to go get more. They were setting up until about 5, and the reception was supposed to start at 6. Jeremiah showed up around 3, and instead of helping, started blaming US for why it took so long, because we "changed our minds" too much. They didn't even set up all the lights they needed to, so it was dim at night, and the tent was filthy, and they didn't do THAT great of a job covering their different colored neon straps, patches, and huge dirt stains. While getting my makeup done, the makeup artist overheard about the tent issues, and when I said "Jeremiah" she said "oh yeah, that doesn't surprise me." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Abysmal customer service. My husband and I rented supplies for a company Christmas party. When they…read morewere delivered, we noticed the wine glasses were two different sizes. We thought they must not have had enough of the same size to fill the order. No big deal. Then we return everything and the business calls me saying we gave them our glasses instead of theirs because they are different sizes and they are going to charge us for 14 wine glasses! They sent a bill for almost as much as the whole rental cost!! If you really think those were our glasses then give them back! Now I see how they expand their inventory for free. THEFT.

This place rents broken down equipment and still charge for the rental even though you lost time…read moretrying to make the equipment work and had to make multiple trips. The staff is very unprofessional. Once I was rented a 100 foor snake (to clear drain lines) that only turned to the left. (Left is to get snake out....right is to go in and umplugg drainage) I sat there for 45 mins watching it go the wrong way. I leased a hammer drill that the settings move with the vibration of the tool....Very very dangerous. If you need to rent equipment or tools it is wise to make the trip to Pueblo West....you will save yourself a lot of headaches and extra work not to mention the frustration and the waste of money......Watch out, they will ripp you off.
