Parking here is extremely tight but it is worth the price. Be sure to know if you should be at the Parking Spot 1 or the Parking Spot 2. Give yourself plenty of time to make it to the airport. Last time took me over 30 minutes because there were a ton of customers ahead of me. The parking here is $12 - $15 per day for uncovered and about $6 more for covered. Covered parking is picked up first and dropped off first as well. You get a discount if you have a promo code or a corporate account. This location is a few minutes away from the airport. The only pickup and drop off point is a Domestic Terminal LN1. The staff are pretty nice. They go out of their way to grab your bags. Be sure to tip your drivers. read more

I usually park here when I'm headed to the airport, and it's always a great experience. It's less congested than other parking options, which makes it much more convenient. I always give myself at least 20 extra minutes between getting to the parking lot and heading to the airport, and it's always worked out well. The price and location are definitely justified, and I'll continue using this parking spot in the future. read more

We booked a reservation with the Parking Spot 2 location a few weeks, because we have used this company at other US airports.. This company always is reliable and affordable. We arrived very early (05:00am) this morning, and all of the staff that we came in contact was very friendly and helpful. They over uncovered and covered parking. Their parking lots are well lighted and they appear to have security. Their shuttle service is always very quick, and they pick up & drop off at your vehicle. All the shuttle service drivers are always willing to help or assist their customers with their luggage. Waited 15 minutes in covered on the row the signs directed me to. Even sat on top of my truck. Saw vans picking people up on other rows but not the marked on. I am a long time parking spot 2 user and had reservations. Ended up walking to the Kiosk and chasing a bus down. I guess they o longer come and pick you up at your parking spot. read more

Was able to make a reservation a couple of days before our trip over thanksgiving. The driver picked us up right away and took us the back way to the airport via Riverdale rd since camp creek was full of traffic. Once we landed, the shuttle was right outside waiting. I will never park here again! from outrages to price hikes, to no actual parking spaces ! This morning I made the wrong decision to come to the Parking Spot only to be told that there are no uncovered parking spaces without a reservation. This is new information to me because I have come here dozens of times and this is first time someone was at the gate turning customers around. Smh because they did not have a reservation. So I had to pay $30 per day !!! If I knew that I would have walked to the airport, took a train or a uber because there is no way that $30 a day is feasible. This rate increase makes 0 sense because the customer service still sucks. At 6am this morning I was waiting by my $30 parking spot when the driver of the shuttle sped past me. I'm assuming this is because he has Is to tired and overworked. smh...So where is the $30 per day revenue going??? Not to the drivers or cus toner service workers..Plus there is no way people are going to tip your drivers at this rate the way they rip around corners and speed through intersections. This was my first time trying this place. I drove into this location to drop off my car and I noticed a shuttle following behind me. I found an open spot and the shuttle stopped at my rear immediately after I parked. I took a couple of minutes to check inside my car to make sure I didn't forget anything. I forgot my sunglasses one time so I didn't want to forget again. When I entered the shuttle, the driver yelled at me for taking so much time and said that people were waiting inside the shuttle. The shuttle's window was tinted black so I can't see inside, genius! I had taken pictures of my parking spot and row number to make sure I knew where my car was parked. I always do this when I'm traveling. Somehow, he thought I was taking leisure pictures like a tourist. WTF??? He could've opened his window and said something but was too chicken to do that! When I got off the shuttle, he yelled at me again. Great way to treat a new customer! A$$hole NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!! Lucky for him that I was alone. If I was with my family and kids, it would've taken even longer to leave. I will never try this place again. I had a great experience with Park n Fly and will go with them from now on. I am flying out of the ATL airport for four days and needed to leave my car. I made reservations for the parking spot 2. It was super easy and I knew I had a spot waiting for me. I came into gate, scanned my code and was complimented on my vehicle. The lady at the station was very nice and told me exactly what to do. I found a spot and immediately had a bus begging me for pick up. The driver helped me with my luggage and asked if I had everything. He went thru a list of things and reminded me to get my charger. They was with so much to me honestly bc I would have forgotten. Super impressed here. It cost about $14 a day for me to leave my car. I used uncovered self park. Masks were not required but recommended. The ride was not too bad. A little bumpy but that's to be expected. read more

The easiest self-parking method at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Prepay for your parking using their app and then enter the lot without dealing with heavily congested airport parking. The shuttle ride is a short ride to your terminal, and then when you return there is almost always a shuttle waiting to take you back to your vehicle. Simply scan the QR code on the app and exit to jump back onto 285. We will only use Parking Spot for all our travel. read more

I watched 4 drive by and then decided to walk down the hill just to have 2 more drive by. I tried to talk to whoever was pretending to be in charge and she was so rude. I have to make a conscious choice not to say or do something that would have gotten me in jail because she wasn't worth it. I will never park here again. It is horrible. Sadly, today was the last time we'll use The Parking Spot. We have been loyal customers for 15 years, but the last couple of years have caused me to permanently abandon this company. Customer service has declined with every visit. We arrived at the lot 2 hours before our flight was to depart. We waited at our parking spot in covered parking for 10 minutes. A driver finally came by and said, "sorry, I'm full so you'll have to wait for the next shuttle". I appreciated his good manners at 5:10 a.m.. After an additional 10 minute wait we walked down to where other customers were congregated only to be yelled at by a female driver who told us to go back to our cars. We waited 10 more minutes and had no choice but to drive to the airport and pay for daily parking so we wouldn't miss our flight. The lack of shuttles combined with an increasing number of waiting customers was far from acceptable. Shame on you, Parking Spot, for not honoring the reservations made on a busy Saturday morning. The one star is for the drivers who do provide excellent customer service despite working for this poorly managed company. read more

Both arriving and departing Parking Spot 2 was filled with frustration. we reserved covered parking in advance which was the only thing that went right. We stood by our car for the shuttle pickup and watched multiple van picking up people at the uncovered areas and we waited and waited. We then walked towards the exit. All told, we waited at least 15 min. while other partially filled vans headed to the airport. We returned tonight and it was a complete cluster. While we'd waited in line at the indicated spot, vans failed to stop at their designated area and people rushed onto the van with no regard for the queue. We watched 3 packed vans leave when we were at the front of the line because we couldn't make it through the crowd. it almost lead to fighting until airport security took control of the situation. Better signage by the various Parking Spots is badly needed. Much of the confusion was due to Paking Spots 1, 2, Fly and Plus all separate entities yet crowded together led to MANY angry customers swearing not to use this company again. If I could give no stars I would..came back from a 10 day trip that I prepaid my parking for to find my car missing. Bus driver asked "are you sure you parked here"? To find out that they TOWED ALL THE CARS in the upper lot to pave road. Not only did they tow my car to the employee lot they left the two front tires up on the curb so apparently did not take car when towing my car. WHY would they have us park in the upper lot???? Their solution to our complaint was "well we needed to work on the lot and at least we did not tow it off lot...so we can give you one day free"...but wait not if you prepaid. I used them for the first time on a 48-hour trip to NYC. I was so impressed! Park it yourself, they picked me up at my car and dropped me back off there. Set up the app right and you can get in and out with no human contact. They even had freezing water for me at the exit. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Horrible experience! Let me count the ways... (1) Paid for covered parking but couldn't find an open spot. We could have driven around longer, but didn't really have time. Why? See # 2 (2) Drop off at International Terminal has to be scheduled & only allowed every half hour. So, to make our shuttle, we just grabbed an open uncovered spot. Had I realized this sooner, I could have allowed more time upon arrival. (3) Upon our return, we again had to schedule a shuttle with a 30-min wait. It is what it is, but we were a bit pressed for time, so this was frustrating. (4) Heading to a meeting immediately upon returning home, I went to the bathroom just inside ground transportation to change. I left 3 people outside at the pickup spot--my 19-year-old son, his girlfriend, & a traveling companion (a Costa Rican gentleman whose English is not great at all). --I only had to change my shirt and was gone less than 5 min when, as I'm walking out, my son comes running & yelling, "They're here!" Of course, NOW they decide to be Johnny-on-the-spot & come early... --We sprinted out to the pickup location, only to discover...they'd left! From pulling up to my arrival outside was less than SIXTY SECONDS, & they were not only gone, but I couldn't even see the shuttle because it had been gone that long!!! --The Costa Rican man with me wasn't really comfortable enough with English to speak up, & my son's girlfriend is a meek, quiet young lady who was traveling internationally for the first time ever. They didn't yell at the driver to wait, which I wish they had, but I also understand... --My question, though, was/is, "Why would the driver not have waited at least just a FEW SECONDS before driving off?!?!" Or, why not, as I've had happen multiple other occasions, shout out of the open door, "Anyone else here waiting for The Parking Spot?" Even that meek young lady would have spoken up then! (5) Now extremely in danger of being late for my meeting, I call The Parking Spot. I'm frustrated, but respectful. I simply stated what happened & how the driver pulled up & barely stopped before leaving. The response was ZERO apology or even sympathy, saying something like, "Well, we can't wait forever...there are others we have to pick up too." Well...of course I understand that...but the fact remains that there were no others waiting &, even if there were, I wasn't asking for the guy to wait some long time...I just expected a brief moment there to give everyone waiting time to see he's there & get on board or ask him to wait. (6) The dispatcher said he could send another shuttle, but it would be another 25-30 min! We could afford no more delays, so we ended up paying $35 to have a taxi take us there. (7) Once back at The Parking Spot, I had to walk (with luggage in tow) back to where I parked, which was about 200-300 yards from the entrance. (The taxi could not enter because you have to pay to leave when you enter the facility.) This was in June, so between the heat, carting luggage, & hustling due to the time constraint, I was practically soaked with sweat when I got to my car. (8) Upon filling out The Parking Spot's survey (leaving 0 out of 10), I was contacted by the assistant manager. He apologized with what came across as a very "canned" & generic statement. I replied to his message & thanked him but also made it clear that I did not leave that review trying to get my parking for free--I did park my vehicle there for 13 days & fully expected to pay for that service. But to fail to offer a reimbursement for the additional $35 I had to pay to get a taxi to get me to my car (& then lugging all my baggage all the way back to my car & ultimately being very late to my meeting) is just UNACCEPTABLE. He NEVER EVEN REPLIED to that message. So...BUYER BEWARE! A little customer service goes a long way, & The Parking Spot appears to have NONE at all, even when a paying customer is totally shafted by their lack of service. And to Mr. Assistant Manager, to address 2 of your statements (since you never replied to my last message)... "Ultimately, your satisfaction with the service we provide is of the utmost importance to us..." --My reply: APPARENTLY NOT!!! "I appreciate your feedback & do hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you better on future trips." --My reply: NOT. A. CHANCE. read more

Loyal customer no more. The TSA employees have taken over the busses. I flew in to Atlanta with my luggage in tow waiting at the pick up area. Several passengers lined up behind me. The parking spot bus comes up, then a slew of TSA employees broke in line and took most of the seats. Some of the passengers with luggage did not get on the bus they were in line for before the TSA employees showed up. Let the TSA employees have this parking service. You go somewhere else. pick up was not at destinated spot....waited at correct spot and end of line folks ran to wear bus stopped and left those of us waiting in correct spot. took too long to return then had to run to where bus stopped again to ensure I got on. this was after 1000 pm. then driver had nerve to wait 3 minutes for others to come....wish I had gotten that courtesy. driver should tell people that run to bus to go back to correct area to pick up those that were waiting. you won't get my money again read more

Maybe I just have bad luck here, but I've given it enough chances to at least call it a pattern. I usually frequent TPS1, but have given this location a chance on a few occasions, either due to it being cheaper or ever-so-slightly more convenient to 285. I've tried, but never again. My experiences have ranged from mediocre to nightmarish. At best, I was picked up after standing around behind my vehicle for 10 minutes. At worst, I showed up 2 hours before my flight and proceeded to wait for over an hour standing in uncovered parking (along with many other guests) and arriving so late to the airport that I wasn't able to check a bag, and thus missed my flight. They seemed to be drastically understaffed on that particular day (Labor Day weekend), as probably a dozen full buses passed me by while standing there waiting. I was fuming at the time, but a few days later sent in a polite complaint on their website, only to never receive any response or acknowledgement from management. I guess it's a volume game and they just don't care? Either way, I wasn't expecting much. The only reason I'm trying to err on the side of being kind to this location is that my experiences have been overwhelmingly better at TPS1, but I'm bracing for one of these nightmare experiences there now as well. read more
