I was nervous about using this company because I couldn't find many recent reviews of them, but I…read moream so glad I gave them a chance. Their Princess Tiana bounce house totally made our party! I thought $131 ($125 plus tax) for basically three days of bouncing was a great deal - they loaded it into our car Friday morning, we set it up that day, and the kids bounced Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. We thought the instructions were very easy to follow, and have had no issues with anything about the pickup or return. The facility address is misleading; when driving to their office stick to the directions they give in their instructional email. When the blower is on, the bounce house inflates super fast; once you turn off the blower, it deflates pretty quickly, so you can just leave it set up the whole weekend and as long as the blower is off/ unplugged you don't have to worry about strange animals (or people) trying to get inside it at night. It IS heavy - 75 pounds? - so we used a wagon to wheel it from the driveway to our backyard, and needed a couple of people to do setup. However you don't even have to lay a finger on it at the facility - they will load it directly into your car, and then unload it on Monday. I called their company like four times because I was so worried about the weather/ fees/ other nasty surprises; each time Molly answered and was reassuring. The company in general seems pretty chill. She assured me that it would not get ruined by getting rained on. I was worried about cleaning fees but she explained they all have to be cleaned anyway every Monday just from mud and so on, so that's already included in the price. We will absolutely be using this company again! Bounce house rental: $130; gas driving to and from facility: $2; three days of thrilled (and exhausted) kids?? PRICELESS

They were early for the drop off and had everything set up in 30 minutes. The workers were friendly and efficient. Pick-up was just as timely and smooth. There were kids on this from the time we turned the water one until the truck pulled up. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

It took me a while to find a mobile play lounge that had all the stuff i wanted in a package and was local. Topplin' Tots wasn't local but I did pay a travel fee which was so worth it! I'm so glad we went with them as the set up and take down was so easy, i wasn't involved in any way lol. Interaction with the owner was seamless and pain-free from first interaction to take down which was completed without our involvement. We just left the gate open for access and closed when we realized they left. As someone who loves to be in control of everything, that says a lot! I was busy doing the most minute last stuff and wasn't even home for most of the party but i was able to witness the kiddies and my daughter enjoy the play lounge. The ballpit was a HUGE hit! I was immediately floored and impressed at the setup and the ability to have said items traveled. Everything was clean and perfect for little babies to older toddlers. I let my 8.5 month old daughter play in the ball pit and ride (sit on) what was similar to a horse. She loved it. So did it. Very likely I'll rent this for her 1st bday.
