I am extremely disappointed in this veterinarian for many reasons. Her bedside manner is extremely…read morepoor. My mother's cat is getting old, and we knew it was time to put her on palliative care. When we went to consult with the vet about this, she said something along the lines of "oh so you want your cat to die sooner?" I was appalled. This is very much NOT what palliative care means. This made my mom have a breakdown in the car. We got a second opinion in Omaha, and the difference was shocking (their beside manner was amazing, and were not judgmental). Bedside manner is so important, and to be lacking in the skill leads to pet owners feeling guilty when they only want what is best for their pets. Alongside this, the diagnostic testing costs a fortune. The thyroid testing she wanted to do was around $250, and our quote in Omaha was $80. Overall, there are MUCH better vets out there. We were patients of Dr. Johnson for decades and loved his care, so it pains me to see this business in the current state.

I have to say this Fremont location is one of the best in the area! It's well organized and managed, and I'm always surprised by the brands that I find, sometimes still with tags on them. They are not perfect of course, but now we know how to communicate. I know we used to stress our dogs out and they did the same to us. Taking our dogs for a walk before was a nightmare, but now they make you want to get out and show the world how amazing walking with your dogs can be! We as owners need training also. Just because we buy a dog, feed, and shelter it doesn't make us great leaders. Some owners are well versed and others not so much. With every service, we buy these days we always ask: What is the price? I challenge you to think different. What is the OUTCOME? Invest in training and you will have an amazing bond with your dog you never know possible! Diana is passionate about what she does. You can tell her love for animals stems from true compassion. She treats them as if they were her own. She is genuine, talented, and extremely knowledgeable. We would recommend her to everyone and anyone! If you read nothing else read this: We have a responsibility to our companions to effectively communicate to them. If we don't then you can't possibly have a great relationship and enjoy life with them.
