Both of my daughters attended school here in their elementary years. They received an outstanding…read moreeducation while here!! I can't say enough about the faculty and their willingness to go above and beyond, not only to help tutor if necessary, but to also instill such good Catholic morals and values within my children. Your child will not get lost among all the other students here. They will be in a smaller sized class setting and will not get looked over. They will feel as if they are at a home away from home. The kids get a good dose of exercise during P.E., which is being taken out of so many of the public schools. Both of my children were on the basketball team and learned so much about teamwork, and sportsmanship. Catholic or not, you absolutely cannot go wrong with sending your children to this wonderful school. If you are not a member of the Parish or if you are not of the Catholic Faith, please call the school to speak with someone in the office about funds which may possibly be available for your child or children. The education my children received here was extraordinary. It was most certainly better than what they would have received in the Duval County School Board system!

Good school with good facilities. Main complaint is that the library is supposed to be used for…read morequiet studying. Being quiet is a rule of thumb for visitors to the library but is expected of the library's employees. Unfortunately this library isn't a good spot to study at though as there are two employees there who shamelessly flirt with each other just about every day. They laugh and bellow so loud that you can't focus on what you're doing even with earphones on. I'm glad they like each other and they have some kind of thing going on. Everyone who spends more than 20 min in the library when they're both working at the front desk knows of them. The issue lies in the common courtesy they don't extend to those who need to use their facilities to study/get things done. If it weren't for the constant chortling and loud laughter from the pair, this would be a great study space.

North Campus is a much smaller campus than South Campus. The focus of this campus is medical…read moredegrees, culinary arts, and cosmetology. This campus is great because they offer very low priced dental cleaning. They even offer low priced hair salon and a fine-dining restaurant on campus. (Even the regular old cafeteria food here was superb!) This is a very important thing for us who are not blessed with health insurance, especially in these ridiculous economic times. The only draw back is that these services are only available for very limited hours (only on weekdays when most of us are working). I went here for the radiography program, and my teachers were excellent. The program director was extremely helpful and personable and answered any questions I had about the program or the career.

He mixed it up with watching the fvideo then practice then back to video then back to the technical part. I highly recommend this class and is not as boring as trying to do the online portion then having to go in anyway for the technical part! There was AED training as well. I went from not knowing anything to feeling confident I can help save someone I passed with a great score thanks to the great teaching.and it had been over 6 years since I took it and I had forgotten it all but this time I know more than I ever did to help save a life! I will take it again from this instructor in 2 years!!

My out-of-state tuition in TX was cheaper than this school. The admissions and financial aid office is completely inept. They actually straight up told me inaccurate information regarding ward of state tuition. They also do not have a very strong club and organization system, and they don't have many events and activities available for students. This place doesn't feel at all like a college. I don't know a single student that was satisfied with their college experience here.

(The Clark Howard plan ). She majored in Biology, and we thought that she would ace all of her classes, since this school was previously a community college. Not so! She has been challenged with her classes and has even struggled to pass some! We are pleased with the academic rigor and availability of tutoring. The campus is very pretty and secure. Being close to the marshes, beaches and water provide much opportunity for field biology experiences. She will stay and is majoring in Coastal Ecology. My only complaint is that there is not more bike parking, and that the one bike rack is not covered.
